NOTE THAT THE HOT TUBS AND AMENITY DECKS AT FOUNDERS POINTE & FRASER CROSSING ARE CLOSED as new hot tubs are being installed. Latest update from the HOA is they anticipate opening by December 19th 2024.
Additionally, at times there will be construction noise, possible Mondays-Saturdays (allowed work hours 7 am to 7 pm), when work is occurring on the amenity decks. Many days there is no work taking place on the deck and so no noise, but there may be noise depending on specific days. Please be aware of this possibility when considering this unit.

The impressive contemporary features within this unit including granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, a grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, brand new Smart 55 inch TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, in unit washer/dryer (not coin operated).

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2023/2024
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay, this condo offers sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests with a primary bedroom (king bed and a twin-over twin-bunk bed with flat screen TV) and attached bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the family room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
In addition, you can find a pack 'n play in the closet.

Enjoy the roof top deck which features an over-sized hot tub, gas grills and outdoor fireplace. The building also offers free Wi-Fi

Winter Park Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the town of Fraser.

Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

  We love staying in Fraser Crossing because of its location. This condo was conveniently on the third floor (with access to the hot tub) and had high ceilings which made it feel spacious. The room layouts worked well for our family of five. All of the furnishings are in great shape and clean. Can't wait to stay again in March.

  Nothing but good to say about this property. It is 4 minute walk to gondola, was very clean and updated, is well equipped, and comfortable.
  
  Building itself is great with inside, heated parking and very accessible ski lockers.
  
  There is no view but I felt that was priced into the daily rate, and the facilities (hot tub, etc) are closed but that's not the owners fault. Parking is pay by the day but it was nice to get the car out of the elements - staying here you don't need a car as The Lift stop is two minutes away.
  
  Would highly recommend Fraser Crossing or Point and this facility.

  Overall, it was OK. However here are areas that need to be addressed.
  1. The ski locker key on the blue cord did not work.
  2. The sink stopper in the master bathroom did not work.
  3. The lights over the bar and the dining table are too low. Anyone over 5'9" would hit their head on them.
  4. The upholstery on the bar stools is tattered and needs to be replaced.
  5. Worst :-( of all. We were charged $120.00 for laundry and cleaning services. However, no service was provided the entire time we were there. Nevertheless, there was an envelope on the bar implying that the cleaning personnel should be tipped. Seems like they could have been "tipped" out of the $120.00 and still show a profit.
  6. I didn't care for all of the added fees that were tacked onto the rental price of the condo.

  We were two moms w our two children each up for a weekend of skiing and the location of 3314 was perfect for us. The two bedrooms (especially with the bunk beds) made it so easy for everyone to have a comfortable bed, spread out, and then walk to the mountain and back for meals etc. We cooked all of our meals at the unit and there was enough in the kitchen to get by (bring salt and pepper and basic things just in case though). We will definitely be back!

  The condo was as described, very well decorated. Would have liked some spices and things to cook with but not a big deal. The only negative was the 10:00 am checkout time, I feel its' a little early. It's very convenient to everything, you can walk to quite a few things.

  The condo was not very nice for the price and we won't stay there again. For over 500 a night for 2 bedrooms at least the parking could have been included.
  condo was clean but skillets were left in the oven and almost got burnt when we preheated. The placemats were stinky and the tray with the coffee amenities was empty. The light switches didn't work well and had to turn on lamps from lamp base in bedroom.
