This welcoming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo located in the town of Winter Park is located on the 3rd floor offering stunning views (note: no elevator). The true gem of this unit is what awaits you once you walk through the door. The abundant views of Byers Peak and the Fraser River are well worth the steps up to this unit. The covered outdoor balcony has truly awesome views that you are sure to enjoy!

The condo is sure to feel like home. Awaiting your arrival is a spacious kitchen with a bar and a large dining table for all of your entertaining and dining needs. The wood beamed ceiling and huge stone wood burning fireplace are sure to give you that true mountain ambiance. There is also a skylight in the family room which offers a lot of natural light. The primary bedroom features a king bed with flat screen TV plus en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed. The sleeper sofa in the living room for total sleeping accommodations for up to nine people.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

The Lift (free shuttle free shuttle to base) stops in front of the clubhouse- just steps away.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

  It was amazing. It was just as described we were seven adults and had plenty of room. The place was clean and ready for us. There were no issues with parking or safety. The WiFi was fast which is a biggie with teenagers. The recreational center was a big plus to relax in the jacuzzi after doing all the activities was super nice. The view from 3rd floor balcony was awesome. There were issues with dryer door and toilet handle but were corrected quickly (thanks Nick). This great Condo make our stay complete in the making of priceless memories with our grandkids.

  Very convenient location in downtown Winter Park. Access to rec center is amazing. Condo has all the essentials. No ice maker in refrigerator is the only negative.

    Appreciate you staying with us and taking time to write about your stay. We have a lot of issues with water lines to the fridge/freezer because of the hard water in our area, hence there should have been a couple of icetrays in the freezer so you can make your own ice cubes. I will make sure that we double check the freezer to make sure they are still there next time we go to the condo. Glad that you found the place nice and that you really liked the rec center.

  The location was close to restaurants/stores and a short walk across the parking lot for the "club house" that has the pool and laundry. It was a quick drive to Winter Park Resort. The property had a nice view and plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen had all of the essentials.

  Everything is as advertised. Nice clean place with plenty of space. We had 7 adults in our group. We didn't open the sleeper sofa so we can't comment on it's comfort. The sofa itself was comfortable to sit on, but hard to get up from after a day of skiing. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc.
  We missed it in the description before renting, the unit is on the third floor. This wasn't a problem for us, but could be for others.

  This property was perfect for the three nights my wife and I spent here with our son and two grandchildren (ages 6 and 9). The property was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of room. The beds and bedrooms were very nice and adequate for our family group. We very much enjoyed the location across the street from the recreation center, which has an indoor pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. We used this facility every day, and our grandkids had a blast!
  The property is conveniently located in the heart of Winter Park . We enjoyed the good food and reasonable prices at Randi's Irish Grill & Pub. Winter Park Resort is a few minutes drive from the property, and there was lots to do there over the Labor Day holiday. All in all, we are 100% satisfied with this property and will recommend it to others. Our son has already said he would like to return here next year.

  Very good experience overall. Nice enough unit and very close to the rec center and the shuttle stop. The kids (6,9,11) loved the rec center which is very nice.
  
  It would have been nice to have another pool key.
  The kitchen should also be stocked with some items to clean with up with (no rags or sponges or anything) and the bathrooms should be stocked with soap and shampoo... have never stayed at a condo where these items were not provided. We went out a bought these items and left them for the next guests so no big deal. This condo was great value for our late March stay and the snow was great while we were there.

    Thank you for giving us feedback. We appreciate our guests when they take the time to leave comments. Unfortunately Winter Park Management is not is control of the number of pool keys to be distributed. One key is standard policy. Typically, our units come with 2 kitchen towels, soap and shampoo. This must have been a minor oversight from our housekeeping department during our busiest turn around times. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have presented to you. In each unit is a list of 3 different phone numbers of our property managers who are on call and on the property 24/7. The managers would have run you over the towels, soap and shampoo if you would have called them. Once again, sorry these items were not in your unit when you first arrived and thank you for leaving them for the next guests. That was very thoughtful of you. We would love to have you back again. Please keep us in mind for your next vacation.

  This is a fine condo in downtown Winter Park. It is conveniently walkable to town and has a shuttle to bring you right to the mountain. The three bedrooms fit our 7 people comfortably, but could have fit more with the extra beds. The kitchen was large enough to cook a couple meals and had sufficient dishes. There were a couple small downsides that aren't a big deal at all. One was that the roof leaked a bit, and the other was that the rec center is being rebuilt so there was no hot tub for the stay. Neither of those are really the owner's fault. One last thing is be prepared to bring your own salt, pepper and olive oil! I always forget to bring them, thinking that often times the owners leave some there. Also not a big deal, we just had to buy some. All in all though, a nice convenient place, right off the bike path and right by downtown. We enjoyed our stay!
