This newer condo located in Winter Park's new resort village is your perfect getaway with top notch resort amenities at the Base of Winter Park. Enjoy the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace and free WiFi throughout complex. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Inside this spacious unit you will find accommodations for five. It features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. In the family room, a sleeper sofa that sleeps two and an ottoman that folds out to a twin-sized bed perfect for a child or teen. After a day on the mountain, enjoy turning on the fireplace and watching cable on the flat screen TV. Savor a morning cup of coffee on a private balcony. The bath is sure to inspire a soothing soak in the over-sized tub or a calming shower in the separate glass enclosed shower.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.
