Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This newer condo located in Winter Park's new resort village is your perfect getaway with top notch resort amenities at the Base of Winter Park. Enjoy the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace and free WiFi throughout complex. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Inside this spacious unit you will find accommodations for five. It features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. In the family room, a sleeper sofa that sleeps two and an ottoman that folds out to a twin-sized bed perfect for a child or teen. After a day on the mountain, enjoy turning on the fireplace and watching cable on the flat screen TV. Savor a morning cup of coffee on a private balcony. The bath is sure to inspire a soothing soak in the over-sized tub or a calming shower in the separate glass enclosed shower.

Parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

  This was a terrific place to stay fory ski trip. It was fairly well equipped. I appreciated the full size refrigerator and found that a two burner stove was adequate. The only 'oven' was a toaster oven which was on top of the refrig and there was no extension cord to plug it in at the nearest plug there so I moved it to the countertop. It took up all the space and the opening and shelf of it were a bit funky. The only metal pan I found was much too big to fit in it but there was a glass baking dish that worked okay. The dishwasher and silverware drawer are in each other's way but with practice you'll figure it out. It was great to have coffee filters, coffee, cream and sugar provided. The porch was a welcome spot to enjoy the fresh air. The fireplace heated the condo up quickly and I never used the central heat. There were plenty of fresh linens, hot water a shower and a deep tub. I kept one of 3 humidifiers running anytime I was in the unit and found that beneficial. The overall building needs upgrades; the water tastes bad, the hallway rugs are filthy and thread bare, and the gorgeous hot tub needs to be resurfaced asap. The location of this condo was terrific with just a few steps to the gondola. The underground parking is decent but outrageously expensive (not the condo owners fault)

  My 4 girlfriends and I stayed here for the weekend of the winter park jazz festival. Although we were a little cramped, it did sleep 5 well. Go with hood friends and family that don’t mind being close to one another and it will be good. It was clean and there were enough towels and sheets for all. We were happy there were 2 box fans in the closet we used, as it was a little on the hot side.

  My adult sons and I took a quick ski getaway to Winter Park in January 2022. The property is right across the street from the Winter Park base. Garage parking was an extra fee (which is typical) and was right below our unit. The unit itself was nice and clean. It was just big enough for three adults. The price was fair, especially considering the location. The hot tub looked awesome, but it was closed due to a problem, obviously out of the unit owner’s control. I would definitely stay here again.

  Vacation rental was very clean and had everything we needed. We went in the middle of July and the unit has no air conditioning. It was a little warm during the day, but we kept the bedroom window open with a fan blowing the air in to cool things off so it wasnt so bad in night. Had plenty of extra bedding for the pull out couches. We didnt try to cook anything so I didnt look at much in the kitchen. Bathroom was great! The views outside were gorgeous and we all loved the hot tub.

  We appreciated being allowed to check in a bit early when we got to town. The condo is in Winter Park Village and there are lots of activities there.
  The condo was clean and had lots of towels, different than our last Rental. The place was nicely appointed.
  I did have a little trouble getting and keeping the unit cool. We just opened to the windows and doors to help with that. I’m not sure if that was a unit problem or user error. The management company offered to have someone come check but it didn’t work with our timing. So we deferred.
  The patio of the unit faces a hill and beyond that, snow covered mountains. I liked the patio just fine.
  The kitchen was well appointed.
  It is quite a walk from the elevator to the room. That means less noise though.
  The parking was easy, always a space, there were carts to transport your bags to your room.
  A television in the bedroom and living room.
  The patio could use a good sweeping and the outdoor chairs could stand a cleaning but otherwise things were quite clean.
  We enjoyed our stay at this unit.

  Wonderful location within steps of the Zephyr lift at Winter Park. Unit is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. Hot tub outside is gorgeous and a wonderful place to relax before and after skiing. Heated parking garage is steps away from it all. A must stay!

  My husband and I traveled to Colorado for the first time, and stayed at this Founders Point condo. It was absolutely perfect! Prime location, underground parking, hiking within steps of the condo, great views, easy in/out, and a beautiful rooftop terrace with hot tub. Although we went during "off" season, there was still a ton to do! We would recommend this to anyone looking to getaway! Literally steps from the Zephyr lift. We took it up, and hiked down. We hiked into town on the Fraser River trail, checked out nearby towns, went into Rocky Mountain National Park, and did a couple of other hikes within a mile or two of the condo. We flew into Denver International, and rented a car. It was less than a two hour drive to the condo. Very scenic drive, and fun towns to stop in along the way. I would highly recommend this condo and area to any adventurists, families, or couples looking to get away!

  This one bedroom condo was clean and comfortable. Wish the washer and dryer were IN the condo but there was a laundry facility on the floor. The hot tub was the perfect amenity to end the day of hard skiing. If you prefer to eat in, note that the frig is an under the counter size. I would definitely use this management company again. They were very prompt in answering all emails. The property is walking distance to the lifts. Perfect location.

  We wanted a fall getaway to the mountains. The place was great! It accommodates my spouse and I, along with our 3 kids. The location was perfect to the resort. We loved that you didn't have to pay for parking this stay. The management was timely in their responses to little issues we had and had them fixed quickly. We would stay here again.

  Very nice condo. Only complaints very hard bed pillows and the patio was dirty. Property as described. Location is excellent. Many activities for families. We would stay again.

  This place delivered exactly as advertised. The condo is located across the street from the main resort and the condo itself is extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Management super responsive and accessing the property was very easy.
