The decor is spot on for what you would want in a mountain getaway. The owners have remodeled the kitchen and bath to add to your pleasure while staying here. For your enjoyment this condo features a large flat screen TV, slate tile floors, gas fireplace. Beaver Village is on the free shuttle service offered by Town of Winter Park. Nestled in the pine trees, and conveniently located between Winter Park and Fraser, these units are located close to all your dining and shopping needs.

  This was a great location and clean condo. The surprise for us was all the additional fees after renting the condo, like a Winter Park fee, etc., overall it was nearly $100 a night extra, we stayed three nights, so this was significantly more than I expected.

    Thanks for taking your time to write about your stay. Have left you a message asking you to call me. I am confused as to who charged you $100 extra pr night after you confirmed your reservation. I see a total of $730.52 charged to you pr the confirmation from VRBO, but I don't see anything beside that? Rent was $175 pr night (rented 3 nights = total $525) On top of rent pr night there is a mandatory damage insurance of $30. a Beaver Village Assessment fee of $10.50 (2% of rent), a $100 cleaning/linen fee, a $26.25 administrative processing / credit card fee and $38.77 for lodging tax to state of Colorado & Grand County. The total of $205.52. The total amount should be 100% visual to you before you submit your reservation. If anything charged beside / on top of $730.52 (rent plus fees & taxes) please get back with me ASAP. I have double checked out merchant account and I only see a charge for $730.52 to your credit card on file.

  Well organized home away from home. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need. Two bathrooms mean you don't have to share counter space.
  
  As the closest group of condos, you are quickly home after a hard day of bump skiing. The free shuttle bus comes pretty much right to the door, no hunting around for a parking spot at the ski area.

  Condo is in good location. Rental company was easy to communicate with. Condo itself is dated. Beds were uncomfortable. Didn't know who to contact after hours for noisy neighbors.

  Perfect! Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably in the condo. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pool and laundry were very close and clean. The patio was the perfect spot for coffee or drinks but bring your own chair. We walked several times to the downtown area. We would definitely recommend this condo!

  Charlotte was attentive from the very get-go! The condo had been reserved but she moved to tenants so that I was able to get into a condo within my budget. Anytime I had a question she answered. Close to everything! Very very quiet as well as I'm a light sleeper and that was super important! You don't even need a car you could actually just walk or ride the shuttle everywhere! We'll be coming back!!

  With the expert help from Charlotte, I rented this unit for a short ski weekend with a few friends from the Denver area. The condo was perfect for our small group - clean, comfortable beds (including the pull-out sofa), well equipped and nicely updated (especially the bathrooms). We used one of the three hot tubs in the club house every day after skiing. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely consider renting it again in the future. Thanks...

  We came to Winter Park for a long weekend to get in a day of skiing, this condo was perfect for a family of 4! The place was clean comfortable and homey, it had great mountain decor. View from all the windows was beautiful...snow and trees. Saw a fox outside the patio door twice in one weekend! We use the pool and hot tubs in the condo, beautiful winter view from those windows too! They had a sled outside for the kids to use if they want to! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Probably less than a mile from the ski resort, grocery store just a few miles down the street. We made several meals in the condo and it out once at Hernando’s in town, amazing pizza!

  The location was perfect -- close to town and close to the ski resort. We had a car, but we saw the shuttle at the end of the street every day. The floorplan worked great for us and it provided almost everything we needed. It was very comfortable to stay there. The beds were a little too hard for our tastes and we struggled with the abundance of thermostats (!) and trying to regulate indoor temps, but we were extremely happy overall and would choose this unit again if it was available.

  My husband and I recently stayed here with another couple, and we had a wonderful time. The two bed, two bath setup worked perfectly for us. The shuttle for the slopes picked us up literally a minute walk from our doorstep and took us straight to the mountain village. The condo is also conveniently located to local restaurant We had a rental car, but you do not absolutely have to have one.

  This condo has it all. It is nicely appointed, updated, the master bed is very comfortable. It is on the ground floor but was quiet when we were there, although there were people above us. Its on the end, so you get an extra side window. Views were very nice. We used the clubhouse hot tub once and the bus ride to and from the slopes once. Both were easy. We enjoyed being so close to the slopes since our primary purpose was skiing. In summer, you could easily walk to town.

  A very good place to stay in Winter Park. Condo is exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is lots of parking right by the door, and the shuttle bus comes right to the edge of the parking lot. Only a few minutes from the ski area and close to town. The condo is modern and well-appointed. I would definitely stay there again.

  Great little place with a cozy feel. Plenty of room for 4 of us, with 2 nice bathrooms. The best part of the rental was walking 50 feet to the Winter Park bus pickup point, so you can suit up in the condo and walk to the bus. This place was a nice retreat to come back to each day!   We used this condo for a family ski trip to Winter Park. It worked really well for our family as it is on the free bus line, the clubhouse accessibility was great, and the condo was well-stocked. The condo layout worked really well for us. My only issue was that the pull-out couch/bed was not that comfortable for my teenager. We did have to call management once, and he picked up right away and had our problem quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again.
