You will feel right at home the minute you walk through the door of this top floor stunning new condo located in Granby Ranch. Top notch finishes, light adorned, mountain views, and endless amenities are just a few of the perks you will enjoy while staying here. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and vaulted family room. After a day exploring, warm up in front of the gas fireplace while enjoying the large flat screen TV. This condo also features an outdoor covered balcony which offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining option.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, walk-in closet and attached full bath. The secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with extra twin mattress tucked away beneath the bunk and walk-in closet. There is a full bathroom right across the hall. There is a washer/ dryer within the unit for added convenience. Additionally, there is a one car garage available for parking or bike/ski storage.

This is a third floor unit with no elevator access.

POOL / HOT TUB ACCESS:
Guests can check in at Ranch Hall, they must provide a copy of the confirmation from the management company showing the address of property rented. They will receive a daily access card so they can come and go. Hours are currently 8am until 7:00 pm days a week.
There is a $10 fee per person - pr day. Children 8 and under are free

Ideally situated you can be enjoying the slopes at Granby Ranch (a very family-friendly ski resort) within minutes. You will enjoy access to two outdoor community hot tubs and outdoor grill. The property is centrally located within Grand County to giving you easy access to Winter Park Resort, the east entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park, Granby Reservoir, multiple golf courses, and Hot Sulphur Springs Resort.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

  We had a great experience at this rental. The toys are books were a very nice addition for our young family. Everything was comfortable and the unit was well stocked. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but it was no problem for us.

  We loved this place! The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals (there were even spices in the cupboard). The master bed was very comfortable and the guest room had ample beds with a bunk bed (double mattress bottom) and trundle. The unit is on the 3rd floor and was very quiet. The owners also had humidifiers available in each bedroom which was helpful with the dry mountain air. We would stay here again in the future.

  The complex was very easy access off of the highway. We found the building easily and the condo. Liked the enclosed stairway to get up to the condo. It was very comfortable and homey. We especially liked the Scrabble board. Very roomy and room for more if needed. We do suggest adding cooking pans as we like to eat inside when we go up. One big warning is that the condo complex property maintenance did not clean walkways or plow the roads. When it snowed
  overnight and there were over a foot of wind drifts, we had to assist three vehicles which were stuck in snow on the roadway and blocked our ability to get out. Be prepared. Once on the highway, great conditions going over Berthoud Pass.

  The vacation was awesome!!! We absolutely loved this property on the grandby ranch. Our commute to Winter Park was short and there was lots of stops along the way to discover each day. The property was clean and has everything, plus some, that we needed! My only complaint was the water pressure and hot water. The showers were a bit cold and after a long day on the slopes it kind of stunk. Overall very satisfied!

  My family and I stayed at this condo in the beginning of March and had a great time. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It is spacious and very clean. The vaulted ceilings make it feel even bigger and we never felt crowded. We traveled with 3 kids (7,4, 10mo) and it was nice to have a few toys around. Overall, we loved everything about the condo. The pool and main hot tub were about a 5 minute drive up the mountain from the condo but the facility was great. The water in the pool was warm and stayed open late (9pm). We didn’t really know what to expect in Granby but we would definitely come back. There is so much to do in the area. Thanks for the great trip.

  Just a couple things. It is very hard to find this place in the dark. GPS on maps does not recognize this address. No where is a sign that says Lodge at Ten Mile. You should tell people to take the 1st right coming into Granby Ranch and to look for The Reserve. That section of buildings numbers are very hard to find.
  
  The place was spotless and very comfortable except for the shredded, unattractive throw pillows on the sofa and the very disgusting orange mold and grim in the floor of the shower.

  Great rental for our family! We have three small children so they absolutely loved going to the pool every evening. We loved the location because you are far enough out to not be around a busy area, yet there is a grocery store and a couple restaraunts close by.   We stayed for a week in mid July and had a very relaxing stay. The Unit was clean and perfectly comfortable. The unit is on the 3rd floor which didnt bother us but might not be perfect for older adults etc. The pool was a 5 minute drive to granby ranch ski hill, which was no problem and is a pretty drive up the hill. Also granby ranch has mnt biking and hiking, which was very convenient for us to get quick exercise. The unit is located between the town of granby and fraser and only 20 minutes to winter park and grand lake, and your surrounded by vast mountain ranges on all sides. I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

  We stayed here in June, 2017 while our son went to day camp at Snow Mountain Ranch. The location was great, making for an easy drive there and back every day. The place itself is very nice - comfortable and well equipped with everything you need and lots of extras (the only thing we would have liked that they didn't have is an iron/ironing board). We especially appreciated the good quality furniture and nice firm beds! Everything is new and in good working order. It was very clean except for the huge dust bunnies under the beds. In the bunk bed room, the bed is very high off the floor and should be easy to clean under, but it definitely hadn't been vacuumed under for a while.
  We never used the hot tub or pool, but was nice to have them available. We were very happy to be able to store our bikes in the garage. Overall, a very nice place and nice property. We would definitely stay here again!

  Stayed for a week with our family during trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. RMNP during the summer is wonderful. Good location located 20 minutes to RMNP or 15 minutes other direction to Winter Park. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything needed. Grocery store very close. Enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Only complaint is the master bed mattress is very hard. We didn't sleep as well because of it but we are used to a softer mattress. Otherwise everything was great and would stay again.

  Pros: Great location with beautiful views. Beautiful condo. Very quiet away from hustle and bustle. Shopping and gas close. Pool and hot tub a nice amenity.
  Cons: Unit on 3rd floor so difficult to bring up luggage and come and go, especially when not used to the elevation. Electricity was partially out on our last night of our stay when we had planned a dinner in (no stove/microwave and a bedroom not working). Had to order out.
