Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious 3 bed / 2.5 bath home surrounded by nature on a private acre. There is nothing like relaxing in the light adorned family room in front of the stone fireplace with vaulted wood beam ceilings while enjoying the majestic views of the forest. The open floor plan is conducive to enjoying family and friends while cooking and eating. Smart TV in livingroom w/FireStick so you can stream using your own accounts. (no cable or sattelite TV avail)

You will have everything you need to make a special meal in this well equipped kitchen which features a stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, microwave and beautiful granite counter tops. If you enjoy grilling, you will also find a grill located outside on the large deck located right off the family room. The massive deck also features your own private hot tub- the perfect way to unwind after a day adventuring. The main floor features the primary bedroom and en-suite bathroom also inside of closet in primary room you will find a twin bed. Enjoy the steam shower in the primary bath after a hard day of play. The upstairs loft has a futon mattress (no frame) as well as a twin mattress. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) and one shared bath recently updated with new tile and granite counter tops. There is a washer/ dryer within the home and a 2 car attached garage to keep you and your vehicle out of the elements.

This home is located just 12 miles away from the lifts at the Winter Park Resort (skiing, mountain biking, ice skating, alpine slide depending on season) and is very close to National Forest access and Devil's Thumb Ranch (cross country skiing, dining, horseback riding, fly fishing depending on season). You will find Ski Granby Ranch just under 15 miles away and Grand Lake (snowmobiling, boating) just 30 miles away.

The swimming pool and gym are just 7.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.4 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

  Everything is like described and shown on the pictures. The location in the wood is wonderful and felt relaxing. Jacuzzi is great. Charlotte was very helpful and responsive during the booking process as well as during the stay.
  Some of the furniture is a little bit on the older side of things. Also it would be great to maybe have something like Adirondack chairs to enjoy the terrace even more. But these are minor things.

  Our stay was nothing short of impressive. The house was impeccable from a cleanliness, kitchen organization, and amenity functioning basis. There was very clear direction for operating the hot tub and fireplace as well. A few items that were unclear was what was expected of us for bedding and towels for the closeout procedure. We stripped the beds and consolidated the used towels as this was standard for past Vrbo's used in the past. Overall, an excellent experience. Would rent again and recommend to other in the future.

  We enjoyed our trip. The house was clean given that this location appears to be booked often; however it could use a good deep cleaning. While laying in bed, we noticed an accumulation of dust on the fan blades. We also open the blinds in the living room and the glass was really dirty and covered in hand prints (Im guessing these aren't opened/cleaned every time). While walking around with our little kids outside, we also noticed alot of cigarette butts on the ground/around the hot tub from previous guests. All that aside, we had a great time & enjoyed our time in beautiful CO

  This house did not disappoint! The layout was perfect! Kitchen was well stocked with just about anything gadget you may need. Loved the large windows and the view from the deck was beautiful. We were concerned with the hot tub half way through our stay so the hot tub technician came out to take a look. He was AWESOME, very knowledgeable and was able to address the concern in a short amount of time. Just minor recommendations - a little WD40 on the doors on the main living level (All are really squeaky), a wall clock some where (above the fireplace) would be nice, more dishcloths and kitchen towels and a dish drying rack. But overall an outstanding trip and will keep this property on our list if we are ever in the area again.

  My husband and I loved vacationing here with our two children. The home has a great cabin feel and is newly updated. We picked this location because we could easily get to Winter Park Ski Resort as well as Grand Lake for some snowmobiling. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, the fireplace was great, and our girls enjoyed the movies and games provided in the house. We spent a couple nights soaking in the hot tub out on the deck looking up at the stars. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with substantial towels, toilet paper and trash bags. The rental manager we called to find out about ski rentals answered right away and was helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and can't wait to come back again!

  We stayed there for 4 nights in late September. The booking process was ease and everybody was very helpful. The house is in a super quiet location, which we like. We recommend this place and may return if travel brings us back in the area. There is a lot of outdoor activities nearby, which we appreciate. It is only a couple of minutes away from Fraser / Winter Park. We especially liked the Jacuzzi, the BBQ and the steam bath.
  The only minor thing to keep in mind is that the WLAN connection was sometimes a little bit on the slower side of things.

  Great Stay! Great location for the areas of CO we planned to visit. Clean for the most part.
  Rooms were great for all guests; kitchen was well equipped. Kids had lots of games to play with. Sunsets are very pretty.
  We would definitely return for another visit in the future.

  We booked this rental for a wedding that was happening a "hop skip" away at Wild Horse Inn during the summer. Super easy to find, super spacious and perfect for 8 adults, esp with the hot tub feature! One complaint is that there were not enough body towels to go around for all 8 - we scoured the entire premise and only ended up finding 4-5 towels, so the rest of us had to use the hand towels over the weekend --> so 5 stars except fo the insufficient # of body towels to accommodate the # of people this place said it should.

  Great location, lots of room, beautiful house. Master bedroom has a great shower/sauna! It also has a small crawl space for what looks to be a kids room which is kind of creepy but you could close the closet doors so you don’t have to see it.

  This place was perfect for a weekend getaway for myself and 5 of my friends. The description was very accurate to what was described. The house was very clean and beautiful. The view and the surroundings were breathtaking. The hot tub was everything. We had to get it fixed the second day but the whole experience was better with it.
  
  The one downfall was that nothing delivers to the house. The one pizza place 10 mins away said they couldn't get to us (no snow, beautiful weather).
  
  This was the perfect place to stay. Rocky Mountain National Park was 30 mins away and worth the drive.

  We arrived to a clean and beautiful home. The area is absolutely gorgeous as well. The nearby Towns only a few miles away had everything you would need for groceries or if you had forgotten something. Aside from being able to get the wifi to work everything was terrific but we didn't really need the Internet anyways. Thank you to the homeowners for allowing us to stay in their home hopefully we can come back soon.

  We stayed in this wonderful house over the 4th of July week and I was amazed how quiet it was. The neighbors we did meet were wonderful. The house was spotless and welcoming. It was very well stocked with supplies and extra linens etc. It is in the ideal location for access to Winter Park, Grand Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park and Steamboat. Management was helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this rental.

  Everything we could have hoped for and more! More than enough room for 5 adults, a toddler and baby!! My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loved the "secret room" it was perfect for her. The view was outstanding and perfect location for us. I have never rented a house that was so well equipped we had all the supplies we needed and more. When we did call for the pilot light on the fireplace lit and a propane tank for the grill they were there in what seemed like minutes.Highly recommend and would love to return!!!
