Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This condo is located on the top floor of Founder’s Pointe, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex which offers an amenity rich base experience. Enjoy the roof deck featuring a pool sized hot tub, gas grills, and an outdoor fireplace, free Wi-Fi. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

Inside this modern condo is accommodations for four. This unit features a king bed and TV in the primary bedroom and a brand new (May 2021) leather sofa sleeper that comfortable sleeps two on on memory foam mattress, new living room furniture (July 2021)..as well as a new TV in the living room. After a day on the mountain, curl up in front of the gas fire, turn on the cable on the flat screen, and just relax. After making a meal in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, breathe in the fresh air and views of the slopes on your private balcony.

8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The swimming pool and gym are just 1.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 3.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

  The condo was very nice. Great view. A few small inconveniences: the hot tub, which was nice and big, did break down our last day. Also, the heater in the master bedroom emitted a buzzing noise at approximately 0500 each morning. Weird.

  We had a great time at Winter Park resort while we celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary. The room was great, it was clean and had great views. The only fly in the ointment was the disrespectful family that locked their bikes right where we had ours, causing mine to fall and break part of the gear system. So be careful where you park your bikes in the storage area. Of course it doesn't really matter since wherever you store your bikes, they are likely to be damaged by inconsiderate people.

  Great condo and the location is amazing! Plenty of entertainment and food options at the base and the free city bus stop is across the street. Condo does need some maintenance, shower doesn't drain so it's like taking a bath and the bed (while comfortable) creaks every time you roll over which doesn't allow for great sleep.

  The Property was exactly how it was in the description. All of the amenities were and there was even coffee available for brewing! The rental was spotless and had no unpleasant odors. There was a balcony that over looked the commons and had a beautiful view of the mountains. There was a short walk to the gondola but it didn't cut into any hill time! I would recommend using this room.

  We have liked staying at the condo during our stay here. The only thing that wasn't up to our standards was how hot it got in the condo (hard to sleep when its 80 degrees). The bedroom window opened and cooled the bedroom off, but since we have a little one I slept on pullout while my wife slept in bedroom. There are no windows in the main living space, you can open the door but there isnt a screen to keep all the bugs out.

  We had a wonderful week of vacation. We enjoyed the Condo at Founders Point. It was very convenient to all the summer activities at the base of the mountains. We loved being able to drive into the parking garage and taking the elevator right up to the Condo. Great view from balcony and the hot tub. The only negative thing was Saturday & Sunday there were 30 plus people partying at the hot tub area until late late in the evening so I it was hard to sleep. We didn’t do much cooking but breakfast & lunches and it seemed to be very well equipped. Also seemed very clean.

  My husband and I loved this place. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Winter Park activities are right at the door. We took the chairlift up the mountain for some scenic hiking the first day. The following day we drove to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

  We had a great visit to Winter Park resort and the room at Founders Point was a perfect place to stay. It was just as pictured, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. Bring your own condiments though... salt, pepper, ketchup, etc. There was a large container of coffee and filters left from last visitors. The only complaint we had was the sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. Our teenage kids did not sleep well, so we all rotated taking turns each night sleeping in the master bed. That should be addressed by the owner as it is listed as another bed. We loved that we could walk from the lift back to the room for lunch. It's just across the street from the village and all the restaurants. We highly recommend this location and will return.

  This was our family’s second stay in this building. The size was just right for two adults and our 6 year old!
  Pros: Unit was super clean, furniture was comfortable, no clutter, easy walk to the lift lines and shops, hot tub is WONDERFUL, unit is away from the elevator noise.
  Cons: Unit faces the hot tub which was very noisy during our stay (young kids who might have been on Spring Break), the unit gets very warm ( opening the window cools the bedroom down fast, but if youre trying to rest the noise from the hot tub is really loud with the windows open), the TVs in the unit are very old...we were unable to rent movies, stream TV, or even play DVD’s that we brought with us ( the management group tried to help, but the TV was just too old) and finally, the internet was unreliable, our service was much better on the mountain then in the unit.
  All that said we enjoyed 4659 and would return if the television was updated.

  If you were staying and planning to eat out everyday this place is great. But to plan to cook there weren’t even basic amenities(measuring cups, proper cooking utensils even muffin pan.)
  Dishwasher had dirty dishes upon arrival and there was small hairs in bathroom floor. Walls are paper thin. Listed to neighbors kids screaming late at night.
