A modern mountain home awaits you in Winter Park! This mountain getaway, ideally located less than 5 miles from the lifts of Winter Park, will feel like your own modern mountain home the minute you walk in the door. You are sure to be impressed with the attention to detail and high end finishes this unit features.

The living area features an open floor plan so you can prepare a meal after a day in the adventuring and entertain guests in the living / dining room at the same time. The living room couch is also a sleeper sofa. The lower level primary suite with king size bed shares bathroom with living area; however, it can be closed off to the living area if desired.

Upstairs you’ll find a twin-over-queen bunk bed and attached full bathroom. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

This townhouse has a detached over-sized one car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements and the walk to the front door is just seconds. The lift shuttle picks up directly across the street less than a minute walk away.

Winter Park Resort is just 5.5 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1 mile away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.8 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

Garage was nice to keep our vehicle secure. Location right between Fraser and Winter Park town areas meant short trips to the store and food/drink options. Would stay again.

  This condo is extremely nice and has all the creature comforts we needed. It was so nice to have a garage as a cold front blew in along with snow while we were there. We loved the fireplace and the bed was so comfortable. With the full kitchen, we were able to have nice breakfasts and dinners. When we had a question about the outdoor grill the owner answered quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

  We stay in Winter park at least once a year. There are so many things to do in any season. This year we chose this property because it was new, so I assumed the mattresses would be new, and it looked very clean, both of which are extremely important to me. The property was indeed clean, and snug but do-able for our family of 6. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances work great. The 3 Newer TVs came in handy at night. One thing I didn't anticipate was the STRONG smell from the new building material. Be prepared for heavy off-gassing during the 18-19 season. Biggest disappointment was the mattress in the master. It was SO uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the pullout. That alone would keep me from staying there again, but I may be pickier than most when it comes to beds.

We try to get mattresses that are right in the middle. In this case it was not a great fit, but YES - all furniture (incl mattresses) are brand new so it is just a matter of the firmness not suiting you.

  It was a very pleasant stay. Loved that we got all the details immediately after we booked. Friendly management company. Place was brand new and very clean. Only "complaint" was lack of window coverings, but was told that they were on order and should be installed soon. Nice if you can get a little more privacy. We were lucky with all the new snow. Family already talking about when we can come back.
