Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This bright and spacious condo is newly refurbished. The primary bedroom has a king size bed (there's a twin folding bed underneath suitable for a child or teen). In the living room there is a new sleeper sofa. A new 50-inch Smart TV is equipped with a sound bar and sub-woofer through which you can play music using the TV’s apps or your own Bluetooth device. The kitchenette (with full size fridge) features a medium sized oven capable of cooking just about anything you like. Sore after an adventurous day? Enjoy a soak in the large soaking tub.

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2023/2024
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

  Property managers provided great check in details and were responsive with any questions we had. The unit was nice, bed was comfortable, and had two humidifiers that really helped with the dry mountain air. Ski lockers also really easy and convenient to use.

  Hello - the parking garage system was a a bit of a pain and a number of times we were not able to get in or out with out calling someone for help. Overall our stay was wonderful and the responses to our needs (extra towels) were quickly resolved.   It’s unfortunate, that during these times, we just happen to be there on vacation to only have the ski slopes shut down due to the Coronavirus which caused us to shorten our 5 night trip to 2. The property management company I know had to be getting slammed with calls from people like me, they did what they could and were very helpful and professional about it given the situation. While I won’t recoup all of the money I’ve spent on this trip. I will take advantage of what I was offered and will be back. This property is in a fantastic location and look forward to having a real vacation there.

  This was a great stay. The unit was clean and had lots of little thoughtful extras (USB ports, second convection oven, lots of TV options). We could walk to the gondola in our ski boots. There was just the two of us do space was plentiful. Still, there were plenty of extra beds. The gas fireplace put out plenty of heat, even for my wife. It was great to be at the base where we could walk to the restaurants. The food was good. Oh, and the heated garage was a treat when we were leaving.

  Very enjoyable experience. The property is close to all you need for a CO summer rental (restaurants, stores, hiking, music, gondolas, medical services, etc.). The only picky thing was that the ceiling fan blades were very dirty and we did not use them for that reason.

  This unit was just what we wanted- simple, clean, walkable to the base & restaurants. It is definitely close to the hot tub so if you have light sleepers during its open hours that could be a problem (like during spring break season!). We did not notice it at all, just some muffled voices.. but we were there mid-week. Directions for entry & parking were good. Internet was spotty & slow, wondering if router needs to be updated.

  This is a nice unit in a great location. Both the king bed and the pull-out bed are very comfortable, and there were lots of drawers and closet space for our stuff. I had no trouble logging in to my Netflix and Hulu accounts on the main TV, and the wifi was very good. It's a quick walk to the gondola, and the hot tub is right out the door. And the skiing was tremendous -- what a mountain!

  The spot was super convienent - we parked in the underground parking garage and left our skis in our locked ski rack over night then walked across the street to the base to ski. The hot tub was large but very busy Thursday - Saturday so we didn’t use it those nights. The condo was perfect for our needs, very clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of pillows and blankets available.

  I absolutely LOVE giving out 5 star reviews, unfortunately I can't do that for this was a nice unit, close to the lifts, it was pretty clean (except for the lettuce behind the nightstand) and best of all our room was just a couple of feet away from the hot tub. The problem however was that the walls are so thin that I could hear our neighbors CPAP machine as well as the snoring through the walls. The walls are so thin it was like we had a stranger sleeping in our bed with us, that was how well I could hear him snoring. In addition, I thought the bed was broken because the head was 10" higher than the foot (I am not exaggerating). Turns out the bed was fine, there was a foam wedge inserted under the mattress to make it like this. Never seen anything like it.

    I do not know how to respond to this. Guest did reach out to me after her stay with her concerns. Super hard for us to improve anything ....after you leave. Head of bed is not 10 inches higher than the foot end of the bed (just fyi) IF that was the case, why would she not say anything on the first day of arrival - vs the day AFTER departure?? We have heard that walls are thin, but so thin that it feels that the guy next door is sleeping in your bed - hmmm, that is however a first I hear that. Makes me sad to hear that someone had that horrible of an experience - had she reached out to us, we would have done everything in our power to address any and all concerns until we have exhausted all our options! We take customer service VERY serious, and treat all guests as we would want to be treated ...if we were on vacation and a guest of someone else.
