A modern mountain home awaits you in Winter Park!! This mountain getaway will feel like your own modern mountain home the minute you walk in the front door. You are sure to be impressed with all the attention to detail and high end finishes this unit features. This townhome features a king size bed in the main level primary suite. And a king sized bed in the second primary suite. Both bedrooms have their own full bath, but only upper level primary suite has en-suite bathroom. Lower level suite shares bathroom with living area but can also be closed off to the living area if desired. There is a new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress in the living room. In addition, there are two twin portable memory foam mattresses that can be placed wherever you like for the kid; a pack and play is also available.

The living area features an open floor plan so you can prepare a meal after a day in the mountains and entertain guests in the living / dining room at the same time. The back patio has a propane grill and table/ chairs for 4 to relax on in the summer and warmer winter days. Each bedroom and living room has brand new Roku TVs (use your own accounts) for all of your streaming. The TVs have HDMI hook ups if you want to bring your own games, etc. Unit offers a full dryer and washer.

This property offers a detached over sized one car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements and the walk to the front door is just seconds. The garage has 2 bicycles, coolers, and folding chairs you are welcome to use!!

Winter Park Resort is just 5.4 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1 mile away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

It was spotlessly clean, spacious, bright, quiet, well equipped in every way, had a very comfortable bed.The floor mats inside the entry were a smart, protective aspect. We appreciated the many hooks in the unit - so handy for hats, jackets, etc. The in-unit washer/dryer was so convenient. We enjoyed grilling burgers on the patio. The garage is large - perfect for our car & storing our bikes & gear securely. The duplex is in a great location providing easy access right out the door for biking, running, & hiking trails.   Enjoyed Spring Break with my wife and daughter in Rendezvous. This is the second time we have stayed in Rendezvous but the first at this particular unit. Overall, the property was great.
  Only a couple minor issues. Instructions on the stacked washer/dryer unit would be helpful as it took some time to figure them out. Also, the knob on the washer which needs to be pulled to start the cycle isn't attached (comes right off). We had to find something to tightly grab the center post in order to pull to start. Also think the cleaning crew missed what appeared to be dirty sheets and a candy wrapper in a bench in the upstairs bedroom. Contacted the management company by text as instructed on the fridge but didn't hear back on either. Minor inconveniences as we primarily used the rental to sleep, shower and prepare breakfast, before going out for the day.

  Stayed 6 nights for family spring break getaway in the mountains and the rental was the perfect home base for our trip. The property was exactly as described and a good size for a family of 4 with 2 adults/2 kids (kids ages of 9 and 12). The location was excellent for access to a variety of activities in Winter Park, Frazier and Grand Lake (access to Rocky Mountain National Park). The property was exceptionally clean and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and we are hoping to return for another stay ourselves. We enjoyed everything we did during our stay, including snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, sledding, and tubing (ski resorts were closed during our stay but the shuttle pickup is right by the unit). Can’t comment on restaurants as we cooked and ate all of our meals in the unit which was well-stocked with everything we needed. The Safeway was very close to pick up groceries. Thank you for a wonderful family mountain getaway!

  We came up for a ski weekend, and loved that the ski bus was right across the street. As the kid was sick, one of us went skiing and the other spent much more time than planned "at home". The place is new, beautiful, and came with lots of games to keep us entertained. The only suggestion I have is to add a few more mugs, as there were only 4 I had to wash them a lot. Overall, beautiful place to stay.

  This is a beautifully decorated and spotless condo. We enjoyed our stay here, and would stay here again. The only negatives were that the water pressure/shower head in the master bath provided low water flow, and the master bedroom mattress was a bit too hard.

Could be one of those showerheads that you can change settings on, which resulted in not as much water coming out as you would have liked. In regards to mattresses. It is so hard. Some people like them hard. Some like them soft. We tend to ask our owners to find a mattress in a "happy medium" but even that can sometimes feel too hard / soft for some guests.   Nice place, new construction. Great location, store is only a few minutes away and nice mountain view from upstairs bedroom. Only drawbacks were no shades on upper bedroom windows which makes it difficult to sleep in, the fireplace controller didn’t work (which normally wouldn’t matter in late June but it was cold and snowing outside), and you have to drive your trash down the road (it’s not within walking distance).

  What a wonderful stay on Journey Way! The pictures do not give this new condo/cabin justice. It had everything that we need for our vacation. The location was perfect! The only minor issues that we had was that the bedrooms were not getting enough heat. All in all, we have a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

  This was such a comfortable and stylish place to stay. Loved that both rooms have king beds. The layout is convenient yet so beautiful with all the windows and light coming in.
