This spacious townhome has it all! 4 bedroom/4.5 bath, private hot tub, game room, big windows and amazing views!!! After a long day on the slopes/trails, take a well deserved soak in your private hot tub.

You will enjoy cooking while taking in the mesmerizing views in the open gourmet kitchen complete with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. A Thanksgiving dinner-worthy dining table awaits you in the open concept kitchen/family/dining room complete with fireplace and views! Fire up the BBQ and bask in the sun while taking in the serene mountain views from the private deck. Washer/dryer, powder room, and garage access are all located on this floor.

Venture upstairs to find two primary bedrooms each with king beds, large closets, and en-suite bathrooms. One of the primary rooms has stairs leading to an upstairs living area/loft with twin over twin bunk, TV and powder room.

The basement is where the fun is. You’ll find a large flatscreen TV with large sectional couch and new sofa sleeper. Kids and grown-ups alike are sure to love the AIR HOCKEY and SHUFFLEBOARD table! On the far end is a bedroom with twin over full bunkbed and access to the private hot tub, en-suite bathroom that will also have access to game room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Step out your front door and enjoy access to miles of world class mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing through Red Gate and the Winter Park trail system! Enjoy frequent wildlife sightings of deer, moose, elk, hummingbirds, and fox.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

  Very spacious property with plenty of room for four adults and four teens. Loved the large dining table to seat us all and the extra bonus space for our teens to hang out in the lower level. Some of the furniture could use repair but overall an excellent stay!

  Really enjoyed our trip. Though these units are all connected, they are laid out so that you don't even notice the neighbors. It was clean and well prepared. The view out the large windows in the back is wonderful, looking out over the mountains and even white capped rockies toward the right. Very well laid out and all spaced used well. The game area in the lower level was great for evening use when some upstairs wanted to head to bed, the younger ones could head downstairs for games, movies, and some more R&R. Chatted with the property managers a few times and they were great to work with. Don't pass up an opportunity for the views and privacy this unit provides.

  Myself, my two kids and my family stayed here for a long weekend. The kids were obsessed with the ladder and the air hockey table. Convenient location to ski at Winter Park and even closer to the Fraser tubing hill. They are dying to go back. Only complaint is the heating system which takes quite a long time to adjust but it didn't end up being much of a problem.

  This house worked out great for our Colorado trip. We went with another family and all nine of us were comfortable. The two boys loved the loft room with bunk bed and cool ladder to access it. The teen girls took the lower level as their place and the adults hung out on the main level. We all learned how to play shuffleboard (I was terrible and lost every game, but had fun) and watched the snow fall and deer walk by from the hot tub. We did have a problem with the hot tub lock when we arrived. It broke when we turned the key, but we called Nick and he was there in like 20 minutes to remove it. Great place and awesome trip. We’ll be back again for sure.
