Welcome to this delightful condo, where you can unwind and embrace the serene mountain retreat experience. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a large glass shower, ensuring comfort and relaxation. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen log bunk bed, while the living room comes with a sleeper sofa and a full hall bath, providing ample space for up to 7 guests. The condo's oversized living area creates a wonderfully comfortable and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the mountains.

Although this property does not have air conditioning, we have thoughtfully provided fans in each sleeping area to ensure you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Rest assured that we follow the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover is thoroughly washed between each and every guest, guaranteeing an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is conveniently located just 6.5 miles away, making it a perfect destination for a memorable family getaway. The resort shuttle will drop you off at the resort base village, where you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Rec Center, situated just 1.4 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. If you need to stock up on supplies, Safeway grocery store is conveniently located only 1 mile away in Fraser.

For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout your stay, and take advantage of the property's shuttle route to the base of the mountain. If you're planning a trip with a larger group, we have other 2 bedroom units available in the complex. As responsible hosts, we encourage all guests traveling to Grand County to stay informed about the latest updates regarding fire restrictions. While open fires are not allowed on the property, we do permit the use of the provided propane BBQ.

If you're arriving by train, please be aware that there is no on-site facility for luggage storage.

  Very clean property! Our family of four (two adults and two children- 11 & 14) loved our stay! Views in the living room and kitchen from the 3rd floor are just amazing. Close to grocery, dining, and a short drive to the mountain for skiing and snowboarding. We didn’t end up using the Lift service (stop is around the corner and down the hill from the property) because we had a rental car, but it would be an easy walk if you needed it. Property is well kept, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.... we even used the box fans in the closets for background noise each night. Charlotte was super sweet when we reached out one day thinking we could be snowed in. Thankfully the pass was open and we were able to depart on time, but she was very kind and was willing to help accommodate us if the situation had been different. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property. Great for a small family or a couple. This was our first time in Winter Park and we hope to return!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Condo. It has a nice layout and is very roomy. Everything you could possibly need in a kitchen is present and in great condition. We enjoyed the view from the 3rd floor and loved the front balcony. The couch was fine to sit on, but I did attempt to sleep on it one night and quickly found out, it is not fit to be slept on and needs to be replaced. Other than the couch issue, our stay was great!

  This unit was just perfect. It is spacious, kitchen is well-supplied, the bathrooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is located near the Safeway, has a beautiful view and was a perfect location for us. The only criticism we would have is the occasional early morning train, but not a game changer.   If every VRBO or hotel experience was like this, then the review section would never have to exist. This condo was perfect in every way and expectation. Location, cleanliness, comfort, upgraded appliances, warm/cozy heated floors, large TV, great bathrooms/showers, comfortable bed and it is QUIET.
  
  The mgmt company did an excellent job with communication (via email) and we never had to contact them for anything - everything that was promised, was there!
  
  To the owners - fantastic job, tasteful decorations and the fully stocked kitchen (not food, but every gadget we needed) was amazing. We wanted a quick weekend get away from the Dallas area and this condo was the perfect place to unwind, relax and just do nothing...or ski, or take a few scenic drives.
  
  This location is far enough away from the WP ski area and secluded from any traffic. Great location to visit either WP or Granby Ranch ski area. Also, excellent location near the Safeway store and area restaurants.

  The condo complex was nice! I enjoyed Charlotte the manager but she takes some getting used to if you're from the south ;) We lost the internet one day and the other manager came to the rescue. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with seasonings and even oil and sugar. The only cleanliness complaint I would have is that we got dog hairs all over us.; otherwise, it seemed very clean.

  We stay in Winter park at least once a year. There are so many things to do in any season. This year we chose this property because it was new. The property was indeed clean, and snug but do-able for our family of 6.The kitchen was well stocked and appliances work great. Will for sure come back
