Main Floor- living, kitchen, deck, 1 bedroom, bath
The main floor features an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with seating for 8, a bedroom and a guest bath. The minute you step into this home you will know you have found your perfect mountain getaway with custom pine floors, floor to ceiling natural stone gas fireplace, beautiful chef's kitchen and a covered wrap around deck with million dollar views of the WP ski area, Continental divide, and Byers Peak! The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts granite counter tops with tile back splash, kitchen island, gas stove, built in microwave, and a crock pot. The Gas BBQ is easily accessed from the covered deck on this level. On this floor you will find a bedroom that accommodates 2 with a king bed and wall mounted TV. There is 1 bathroom on this floor with service to both the bedroom and the 1st floor. Cable TV included on the first floor and in each bedroom.

Lower Level (walkout) - 2 bed/2 bath, deck, hot tub
The Master bedroom suite is located on the lower level and feature your own private fireplace and walkout deck. There is a King size bed and your own private bath with dual sinks. Easy access to the hot tub with magnificent views. There is an additional bedroom located on this floor with two sets of bunk beds and another full bath that is a perfect set up for kids.

Upper level- 1 bedroom/ 1 bath
Upstairs you will find 1 bedroom with a full size bed. This bedroom has its own private bathroom.

This grand 4 bedroom 4 bath private mountain home on Discovery Lane, up Rendezvous Road is about 1.5 miles (2 min drive) from downtown Winter Park. Two car finished heated garage, private hot tub and breathtaking views await you!

Free WiFi and cable TV throughout the house.

There is a good chance you will be welcomed by the local moose, deer, fox and other wildlife which can routinely be seen from the decks of this home.

This is a new rental for us so please do not be concerned with the lack of reviews, we guarantee you will love your stay at this unit! We would really appreciate your reviews.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests.
Higher rates may occur on Saturday to Saturday reservations.

• Nice Launching Pad for Winter Park Skiing

  The house was in a great location for the town of Winter Park and a very reasonable drive to the Winter Park Resort parking lots (we didn't utilize the shuttle).
  
  Nick & Charlotte were very responsive and quickly answered any question we had.
  
  The house was well stocked with paper goods, trash bags, linens, coffee filters, soaps, and cooking extras (oil, salt, pepper, etc). Having the extra cooking stuff was appreciated.
  
  The house was pretty clean and well maintained. There were some light bulbs that were out, among a couple other maintenance items that can easily be addressed and may not have been known by the management company. I did not bring them to the attention of the managers until after our stay.
  
  The hot tub was nice after a day of skiing. The garage had a ping pong table and two pairs of snow shoes. The large kitchen table and island seating made group dining straightforward. Slow cooker was nice to start a meal before leaving for a ski day.
  
  Overall, the property worked well for our group and we would stay here again/recommend it to a friend. Took away one star because the house is listed as 'no pets allowed', but there were several signs that a dog had recently been at the property. I didn't hear about it until the last day so, again, Nick & Charlotte did not have a chance to address our concerns while we were visiting.

  We stayed with our 3 kids, husbands parents and husbands sister. The layout was perfect. Us & kids on lower floor (king bedroom plus bunk bedroom), grandparents on main floor with kitchen & lounge, Aunty on top floor. We all had our own space. Kitchen is well equipped (but needs a blender (current one has base motor but no jug) or beaters ...so we bought & left a whisk). Extra towels to use in hot tub would have been handy too (we used bath towels & had to dry in dryer)
  Perfect location for free shuttle bus (about 8 min walk with kids in tow).
  Also - needs a broom or dustpan & brush to use on main floor. We could only find a vacuum.

  Loved the house and the location. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids and the house is set up perfectly for hosting large dinners with a fully-stocked kitchen and Weber grill. The views from the deck and hot tub are incredible.
