Hot Tub Renovation Project Tentative Schedule: The anticipated Start date is April 29th, 2024.
Project work hours are 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday.
It will be noisy and dusty during demolition.
(The hot tub project will be ongoing throughout the spring, summer, and fall with an anticipated completion date late in the fall.)

This studio condo features accommodations for four. The is a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. Step out on your private deck to take in the fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, small fridge, built in microwave, small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, outdoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2023/2024
8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Parking fee outside ski-season is free
Parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

  I can overlook the pealing paint but not the fact that maybe two of the jets were functioning! Sittings in a hot tub of water with strangers is worth it if you can sit in front of a messaging jet! But sitting in a tub of still hot water with strangers is ridiculous!

  Not truly ski-in-ski-out, but a fantastic location; this condo has a door/entrance right onto the hot tub/grill deck. Very clean, nicely equipped kitchen, plenty of hot water - just very comfortable. It is just across the road from the LIFT transit stop, and is a short walk to the resort Village (gondola and restaurants). We will return for sure.

  So appreciated this condo, it was close to the gondola so my husband could snowboard easily every day! We enjoyed walking to the gondola in the evening to go up to the sunspot for snacks and drinks, it was beautiful!
  While my husband enjoyed the slopes, I enjoyed the comfortable condo and the amazing hot “pool” right outside the door! It was so quiet early in the day while everyone else was on the mountain! I easily caught the bus across the street and was able to be in Winter Park or Frazier within minutes! Will definitely stay again!

  Overall was very content with the property, I loved that the back door leads directly to the Hot Spa which is very convenient, good size studio. The building is right across the main village entrance so you walk to the slopes may be a 400 feet walk.
  Make sure you prepay your parking, 19 dollars per day, as you'll need the QR oode to get in to the garage and it taks 30 minutes for it to become active.

I’m appreciative to Winter Park Management, they were excellent to work with. I’m a returning guest from last years trip cut short in 24 hours due to COVID and they were awesome to work with in a tough situation.

  As I wrote to the rental company, with no reply, we weren’t able to sleep at all. The room was good enough. Just what we wanted. The location great. However the building was filled with loud (seemingly young) folks. So the noise was big and bad and went on past 11 PM and started up again at 6 AM. Non stop. Loud. Things above us being dropped - maybe also a basketball (most certainly some type of ball) being bounced. Dogs barking. Kids yelling. People loud right outside our room in the hot tub which wa seas access but because it was directly outside our room, it also meant we couldn’t open our window.
  
  In addition, we couldn’t use the heat at all because the heater in our room just to the left of the outside door was so incredibly loud when it turned on, there’d be no chance of sleep, even if the building had been quiet. Kind of shocked we never heard back from the rental company to be honest. Oh well. Lesson learned in regards to them. Such a shame as we were so excited to come back to use this spot again and again, being locals and all.

  This was one of the few "on resort" properties we found that didn't have a three-night minimum, perfect for our one night in December. It did get pricey with the fees and cleaning charge, but was still better than staying in town. Founders Point is "across the street" from the gondola, but it is a wide street, and you either have to go through or around the Zephyr motor lodge, which is not related to this one. The place was very clean and had everything two people needed. My main complaint was that the hot tub, which we could see from the door to our room, was closed in the evening due to lighting issues - had we known that, we would have used it in the daylight. I'd definitely stay again.

Unfortunately the light in the hot tub went out, and for safety reason the HOA decided that it was safest to close it down after sunset. It was not planned. Had I known in advance, I would have made sure that we informed all our guests about this rare occasion. (in the last 8 years - we have had less than a handful of episodes that required for hot tub to close down. HOA is good on servicing the property and when it does happen things go awe, they are amazing in fixing)

  Location was great, shuttle pickup is right outside the front doors. Walkable to all the attractions. There is a very large hot tub right outside patio door, which we used a couple times. Hotel room had all we needed. Would definitely book again if we return.
