Ideally located less than 5 miles from the lifts of Winter Park, this condo will captivate you with its breathtaking views from the moment you step inside. Built in 2018, every detail in this tastefully decorated unit has been carefully thought out, boasting an inviting fireplace, rich wood trim, a glass-enclosed tile shower, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and beautiful cabinetry. Prepare to be impressed by the attention to detail in every corner of this charming space.

The condo features a king bed in the primary room with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom with a bathroom just across the room, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. For added convenience, a Pack & Play is also available in the second bedroom closet.

To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property follows the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest.

While this property does not have air conditioning, we care about our guests' comfort and have provided fans in each sleeping area to keep you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

Winter Park Resort is just 6.5 miles away, making it a perfect destination for family fun. The FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off in the heart of the resort base village, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Rec Center, located just 1.4 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is only 1 mile away in Fraser.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. Enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The property is on the shuttle route to the base of the mountain.   Condo was very nice and we were very happy even if we weren't in the condo that long. The weather when we were there wasn't wonderful but the last morning when we woke up we could finally see the mountains from the windows/balcony. Condo was pretty warm (never turned heat on), so we opened all the windows and balcony door to cool it down. Lowest it got was 72 (checked in at 75) even with temps outside being 40s and 50s.

She told us much detail about the area, really worked with us to find the unit that would work for our needs and was extremely patient with us.   Future guests should be aware there is not a garage and the unit is on the second floor so there are stairs to climb. We could figure out how to use the fireplace.

  This condo was just perfect for our family of five! Beautifully decorated, well stocked, cozy & comfortable and lovely views. If I owned a condo, this is one I'd choose, and I'd buy it just as it is, we loved it that much!!
