You can’t beat this NEW 4 bed 3 bath in the heart of downtown Winter Park! The New Arrow townhome complex is just steps away from shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (which hosts the Summer Concert Series), sledding hill, and visitor center, and more.

The four-story townhome features: granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, rooftop deck, private salt water hot tub, outdoor lounge, stunning views, and plenty high end finishes along with designer touches! The fully stocked kitchen has all amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew can enjoy. Attached garage parking is nice for cold weather days.

The main floor offers one bedroom with a queen bed and three-quarter hall bath. The kitchen is spacious with an open floor plan to dining and living room with gas fireplace. There is also grill on the balcony of this level. The next level offers a twin over twin bunk room, one room with a queen bed, full hall bath with dual sinks, and the primary bedroom. The Primary room features king bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. There is a washer & dryer located near the stairs.

The rooftop level has an outdoor dining area and lounge for watching TV and a private saltwater hot tub – great for relaxing after a day exploring. The views from the top are stunning.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Garage parking is connected to the lowest level of the unit.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

  The location is fantastic, a shuttle stop just across the parking lot. Tons of space and a very neat rooftop patio area. Unfortunately we had a minor issue with a lost item that the cleaning crew “didn’t find” but find my device showed moving from the property to Fraser after we left. Management was responsive and friendly, it seems some of the cleaning staff my be less than upstanding. Point being it’s a great property and run well, don’t leave anything behind.

  The house was in a great location, right off Main Street , and the place was clean and very well stocked. The downfall is although it is 4 bedrooms-the bunk beds are uncomfortable and not made for young adults-so only if you have small children will the fourth room work. There is construction going on right now at the complex and that would have been nice to know prior to booking as it was loud in the mornings from workers.

  This property was ideal, particularly as it's nearly brand new and in excellent condition. The set up was perfect for 7 adults and two under two. While it's a three-level town home (you'll start to breathe a little heavier heading to the top floor), the main floor had sufficient space for visiting and lounging. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials needed for cooking. Quality appliances. Everything we needed. Bedrooms were all great. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Roof-top deck had a well maintained hot tub. The conditions up top were a bit slick and wet due to the melting snow and unseasonably warm temps - but it made for great puddle splashing by the toddler. Heated garage a plus. It fits two vehicles - and street parking was easy as well. Location is convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, the communication from the property management was easy - and they were easily accessible by phone.
