Extraordinary totally renovated ski-in/ski-out 3 bed / 3 bath condo at the base of Winter Park Resort. This property is not to be missed as there isn't a better location to have you on mountain while enjoying all the amenities of staying at the base in this newly renovated condo in Zephyr Mountain Lodge. You will feel right at home from the moment you step inside this stunning condo with custom modern stone / tile work, wide plank flooring, elegant modern kitchen featuring high end stainless steel appliances. No stone was left unturned.

This condo is situated on the seventh floor with breathtaking mountain and pond (ice skating rink in winter) views. The kitchen has high end stainless steel appliances quartz counters, beautiful custom tile work, and a large island bar. The kitchen opens to the grand living room and dining room. The living room features a brand new 55 inch 4K smart TV, a large custom gas fireplace and expansive windows which highlight the amazing mountain views and offer plenty of natural light. Enjoy a delicious meal with family and friends around the large dining table with seating for up to 8 guests.

This condo features 3 beds and 3 baths and can sleep 10 guests. The layout is very functional for two families to enjoy. There's two primary suites feature king beds each with en-suite bathrooms, third room has two bunk beds, all single bed and restroom just across. If needed, the living room has a pullout sofa for additional guests. This condo's location could not be more perfect, with the new Zephyr gondola, ice skating rink (winter), tubing hill (winter), Starbucks, and great restaurants and shops just steps away!

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For your convenience and especially handy for extended stays, there is a washer and dryer located in the condo. Free Wi-Fi.

The Zephyr Mountain Lodge features four outdoor hot tubs, a fitness room, ski lockers, heated underground parking, onsite ski shop, and restaurants and shopping. The ice skating rink, tubing hill, and Fraser River trail are all less than a 5 minute walk. This Unit is located on 7th floor in Riverside Building - and has some of the best views to the slopes / the base area. Make this condo your escape and home away from home!

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

  Great condo with clean, view, peaceful and location was great.. renovated inside the unit. Only thing in the summer it get hot inside the unit. There is no A/C. There are portable humidifier and cool air unit in the unit but I recommend to install ceiling fan... Everett else was great.

  We really enjoyed our stay here! The location couldn’t have been better and more convenient! You walk out the back door of the lodge and you are right at Starbucks and the slopes! We had everything we needed in the condo and we even did an online grocery order from Safeway in Fraser that we picked up right before we checked in, which was nice to get some essentials. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for relaxing, eating, etc. would stay here again!

  The property was as described and had plenty of room for our family of six. The location is great: close to restaurants, activities, etc. The property is well maintained and fairly clean. We were dismayed when we opened the fold out couch. It was filthy with food crumbs, stains and debris. Also, our 2 year old found several items from former renters, indicating that floors under furniture was not cleaned. Two containers of ground coffee had been left but both were rancid. Finally, the fireplace did not work. We had booked this rental for a 2020 wedding that had to be cancelled due to COVID 19. We had trouble working with Home Away to change the reservation and getting a refund to rebook for the same weekend 2021. Charlotte and Nick Patel were amazing. They assisted us with Home Away, and facilitated our refund and rebooking personally. They stayed in touch with us during the year and answered all questions and concerns speedily. We would recommend this property and would visit again, knowing the Patels high level of service!

Fireplace does work, but we turn the pilot off during the summer to avoid it generating more heat than necessary (as we do not have AC up here) We are happy to read that none of these issues prevented you from having a good stay

  The condo was just as expected, which I was grateful for. The check in and check out procedures were very easy to follow. The location is wonderful. You do not have views of the slopes but still have plenty of good views. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and very nice. The kitchen appliances are top of the line, although there is no ice machine. We purchased ice in the store downstairs. The bedroom furniture, dining and living room are not as updated but still nice. The closets are pretty full which makes it difficult to hang coats, etc. The only complaint we had was that the floors were not very clean upon arrival. They did have a vacuum and broom in the closet so we were able to take care of that. Every time I spoke with Winter Park Management Nick was very helpful and friendly.
