Welcome to this modern mountain home featuring 3 bed, 3 1/2 bath with stunning tree views out every window; you will definitely never forget you are in the mountains. This home is perfectly located in the town of Winter Park and is on the shuttle route to/from Winter Park Resort. It is within walking distance to town (0.75 miles) and Arapahoe National Forest (0.25 miles ). You'll be on the slopes/trails or enjoying a dinner on the town in minutes.

The main level features a gourmet kitchen, living area with 24 foot ceilings, gourmet kitchen, living area, dining areas, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and an additional half-bath for guests. The over-sized two story windows adorn the home in sunlight and stunning tree views. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances including a Thermador gas range, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar. This home is ideal for enjoying family or entertaining guests with its large open floor plan and stunning architecture. The attention to detail is abundant throughout this home with vaulted ceilings, large wood beams, wide plank wood floors, and wood trim that you are sure to appreciate. After a long day on the slopes/trails enjoy a night in front of the fireplace while enjoying your favorite show on the flat screen TV. You will enjoy easy access to the great outdoors from the living room which features a convenient door to the deck. Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air and beautiful tree views while grilling your favorite foods on the gas grill from the large deck.

The walkout basement features 9 foot ceilings. This level includes an open and bright living area in addition to two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a full size laundry room. This home has plenty of room to spread out as the lower level features its own living space complete with a second gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a main level entry via a short driveway and attached one car heated garage.

The master bedroom features a king size be and full en-suite bathroom with a steam shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and full bath/shower. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed (full bottom, twin top) and full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Each bed in this unit is triple sheeted meaning we create a duvet cover around the comforter using sheets. This cover then gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. Higher rates may occur on Saturday to Saturday reservations.

In response to the global pandemic, we at Winter Park Management have updated our policies to make conditions safer for both staff and guests and be in compliance with County regulations. Units are given 24 hours rest in between rentals. We are using disinfectants to clean all units as well as bleach solutions to sanitize commonly touched surfaces such as doorknobs and light switches. Guests will also be left with cleaning supplies so they may touch up as they feel necessary. We understand the importance of cleanliness and safety to all of our guests and staff and are taking the necessary actions to provide for a safe and comfortable stay.

    Lovely stay. Little surprised there was no shampoo or soap in the showers. Also a Realator came by to show the place while we were renting.

    Beautifully appointed modern chalet - feels like home! 3 bedrooms are all "masters" with their own bathrooms. High-end appliances and heated wood floors. Free town shuttle to downtown and Winter Park Ski Hill base stops just a few steps from the front door. Quiet location. Only 2 blocks from access to the entire 500 mile Winter Park / Fraser trail system for hiking and mountain biking. Best of all, if you are adventurous you can ski out from the Pioneer lift right to Arapaho road and walk the last 300 yards to your door.

    My family truly enjoyed our stays in Winter Park. We have visited this condo in both the winter and summer months. The kitchen was well stocked and quantity of fresh, high-quality linens was more than adequate. The layout was perfect with the two floors of living space allowing for separation of kid and adult play (and various bedtimes). The location is convenient being right on the shuttle line, making it very easy getting to/from the resort and surrounding town. It is an easy walk to town and the surrounding woods are perfect for hiking, biking and exploring. Would highly recommend this condo when visiting Winter Park. The property management team were very responsive to our inquiries.

    I was absolutely impressed with this property from the moment I found it on VRBO. I contacted The property management company and they immediately responded to all of my questions. Once I got there I was again impressed with how beautiful, clean, and comfortable it was. Nick, the property manager, was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.
