Welcome to your mountain getaway! This townhome is in Old Town Winter Park which is ideally situated less than 1 mile to the amazing Village at Winter Park Ski Resort. This beautiful mountain townhouse has endless features that will keep all guests happy: mountain views, extensive wood detailing, gaming loft, vaulted ceilings, large fully equipped kitchen, stone gas fireplace, a community hot tub, and a garage to keep your car out of the elements.
The entry area outside the front door features two benches with storage for shoes and coats. Upon entering you’ll feel welcomed by the open floor plan into the kitchen, dining and living area and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make an elaborate meal. The large wood dining table can comfortably seat 8. Relax on the private balcony (complete with gas grill), or cozy up on the couch in front of a gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Down the hall you’ll find an in-unit washer and dryer and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is to the left and offers a queen size bed, desk area, vast amounts of closet space, and en-suite bathroom. Heading to the second bedroom, you’ll pass by a full hall bathroom. The second bedroom has queen size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space.
Upstairs is the game room. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, darts, or choose from a large variety of board games. There’s a Jack and Jill full bath that has access from the game room as well as the third bedroom. This third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds: one twin over twin, one twin over full as well as a Roku TV. A quaint fourth bedroom loft has a full futon bed a chair that folds out to a single bed if needed (accessible only via ladder).

Parking: 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the driveway (parking pass provided for the vehicle that is parked outside) Additional vehicles need to be parked "off-site" (we do not have additional parking passes that we can provide - Sorry)

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is just 0.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.9 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.4 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

  It was everything that we wanted with 5 adults and 2 children (3 year & 9 months old). There more amenities than we expected and it all worked so well for my group. The only draw back was that there wasn’t A/C. The temperature inside, with the shades closed, during the day was between 75-80 degrees. We followed the home instructions by leaving the windows open at night and we
  certainly used the box fans to get air moving, but it was manageable. Still 5/5 stars though for the condo.
  Also, the host was outstanding by communicating swiftly and very accomidating. She was able to help us out with our request to check in early which we appreciated very much having two small children on a long trip.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Escapia! The location was super convenient to get around WP Resort and town. We used the shuttle to take us to the gondola and at night to get us into town for dinner. Overall, the condo was well equipped and comfortable for our group.

  We loved this rental! The pool table was a HIT! Was very roomy & comfortable.
  The only issue was the hot water. We had to space out showering to about 1 person per hour and even then the water was only warm and not hot.
  If the hot water is fixed we would definitely stay again! Everything else was amazing!

  My family and friends (8 in total) stayed here on a ski vacation for 5 days and had such a blast! The space was perfect for our large group. Plenty of sleeping space, with clean, comfortable beds. The game room was awesome—the kids played pool, ping pong, and darts and there were tons of other fun things to do, too (cards, puzzles, board games). My daughter’s favorite spot was the swinging chair tucked away in a cool little nook above the door—such a great use of space! The large kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans and plenty of dishes—and we used it a lot! The garage was a great spot to take off and stow our skis so we didn’t have to haul them up the stairs. There was a lot of room to hang coats and put our other gear, too, right outside the door. The condo is very close to the shuttle stop, and we had pretty good luck with shuttles (they don’t come as often later in the season and at night). There’s a ski rental place right across the street from the stop—you can see both from the balcony). The washer and dryer were convenient, but the dryer wasn’t working great (had to run it several times to dry the clothes). The hot tub was awesome for 2 days but then stopped working; the management person did come to fix it but I think a part had to be replaced. The only other tricky spot was the hot water—I recommend to time your showers because there wasn’t enough hot water for our big group. These small things didn’t dampen our time in the least—it was GREAT! All of us agreed that it was an epic vacation in a fantastic place!

  The rental was top notch! Everything was new and the home was very well kept! The location was very convenient to the slopes via the shuttle or walking. You could walk out your front door and be at the free shuttle within 1 minute. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and the darts!
