Enjoy breathtaking views of Byers Peak from this spacious 5-bedroom + loft, 4.5-bath home in Fraser, conveniently close to town amenities, the ski area, and the bus route. The open living, dining, and kitchen area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and ample space for your family. The updated kitchen features cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and easy access to the side deck with a BBQ grill. Additionally, the main deck offers a generous outdoor dining area, perfect for gatherings.

As you enter through the main door, stairs lead you to the primary room, living room, and garage. The beautiful primary room awaits with a King bed, a Jetted hot tub, a spacious walk-in closet, a shower, and a toilet, all accompanied by large windows showcasing scenic views. Descending the stairs from the primary room, you'll discover another set of stairs leading to the loft, featuring a King bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the main level, you'll find a sizable living room with a TV, a large sofa, and a coffee table, along with access to a spacious balcony. The main level also boasts a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8, with a door to the balcony hosting the BBQ grill, as well as a convenient half bathroom in the hallway. On the lower level, four bedrooms and two bathrooms await. The first bedroom features two twin beds, while the second room offers a King bed with a walk-in closet and a door to the hot tub and access to a hall bathroom. The third room presents a Full over Full bunk bed (updated pictures coming soon), and just across the hall, the fourth room has a twin over twin bunk bed, with a full bathroom located in the hall between these two bedrooms.

To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property utilizes the Triple Sheet Method, where two sheets encase the comforter, and the sheet-made duvet cover is washed between each and every guest.

This home includes an over-sized heated, two-car garage with room to store bicycles, and a laundry room. Guests are kindly asked to provide their own detergents.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

This majestic getaway is ideally situated less than 7.4 miles from Winter Park Resort. The FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off at the resort base village, where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Rec Center, located 2.9 miles away, offers multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Adjacent to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

    What a fantastic home up in the mountains! Lots of room for our family of adult children. Super clean and comfortable. Lots of space to spread out. Local activities are close by or a simple walk is right out the backdoor. Hot tub was clean, easy to access and enjoyed by all. Views from the floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. Nice large dining table was enjoyed by all for group meals and many game nights.

    We had a large group and this house was a perfect size. The location was close enough to Winter Park but also far enough away. There were walking/biking trails close as well. The house was clean and organized. The only thing we needed to replace were paper towel as we only had one extra roll. My suggestion would be to also provide a cleaning product that is approved to be used in and around the kitchen, and provide more trash bags for the kitchen trash can. Thanks for a great stay!

      Thanks for taking your time to write about your stay and thanks for your suggestions. We normally leave 1 roll of kitchen towels and 2 spare under the sink. (understand that crew only left 1 spare) and we normally also leave about 10 extra trash bags.. In future, if you run out of supplies, please reach out to us and we can have a staffer send up what you need. We are glad that you found house clean & organized - but more happy that you enjoyed your stay & that you were happy with the location you picked.     this was a great place for our family. spacious, hot tub was a hit. The Lift/bus to Winter Park was convenient. A few suggestions: more plastic dishware and less glass. More cooking pots. We had some issues with power shortage in rooms but overall it was comfortable, spacious, great location and a great house for a big family.

    The property is in a great location near Winter Park, Fraser Tubing, Granby Ranch and Grand Adventure Park. Supermarket and town very close and on the Lift Shuttle Route. The house was very clean and plenty of room to spread out, great water pressure. I do suggest 4 wheel drive during the winter months for the uphill driveway. lower bedrooms could use new mattresses we used extra bedding and quilts to pad them. living room could use extra seating for such a big home. With all that being said, I would stay here again and again. Great memories and checks off our bucket list. The views are spectacular.

    Great weekend in Fraser! Very close to Winter Park town and ski resort. Large new hot tub. Big kitchen and comfortable living area. Plenty of bedrooms in the house and the master bedroom is amazing. Highly recommend.
