This open-floor concept condo is centrally located within Winter Park. Close to the town park and festivals, the Lift bus station, and Cooper Creek shopping center while still being just minutes away from Winter Park Resort. This condo is in the perfect location for both summer and winter getaways.

The unit is on the second floor (there is elevator access). Upon entry, you'll find a large closet to store luggage and winter coats. There is a ski locker for ski storage located outside the front door. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Roku TV. There is a small windowless room that offers a full over full bunk bed and TV. The living room features a brand new (year 2022) sleeper sofa and Roku TV. The balcony opens up to a beautiful view of the river where you're likely to find moose in the early morning and dusk hours.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

The Clubhouse offers two outdoor grills. There is a lounge area, outdoor year-round swimming pool, and fitness center.

This is a new property for us, so please don't be discouraged by the lack of reviews.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 2.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

  Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed condo with a forest view off the deck and right across from the pool and hot tub. Bed was SO comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Great to have an elevator for lugging the suitcases up. Right across the street from Hideaway park with the free sledding in the winter or free concerts in the summer.

  The unit was clean, very comfortable and well furnished. Beautiful details throughout. The view from the balcony very nice with the sound of the stream. So relaxing! One evening we watched a Moose from the balcony just grazing! The heated pool and hot tub a very short walk away but no noise in this unit from there or the parking lot. Nearby owners made us feel welcome, very friendly. Very short walk to shopping and restaurants.

  Loved the condo and the location. View was tranquil and enjoyable.
  The condo does need the kitchen faucet tightened, toilet handle sometimes stuck and ceiling fans quite dusty. Still loved the condo. Management was behind the 8-ball getting the pool opened and key cards programmed. Elevator is a safety issue and needs recertified. I would still stay at the condo in a heartbeat...loved it.

    Thanks for staying with us and sorry about the hick-up on the key card to the pool area. Unfortunately the HOA did not inform us about the new entry system, hence we were (as you stated "behind the 8 ball" on that matter) but glad that we were able to get it fixed the very next morning when the HOA re-opened the office I will get someone out to look a the kitchen faucet and toilet handle, as well as sending in housekeeping to dust off the ceiling fans. Glad that none of the hick-ups prevented you from having a great time!
