Welcome to the perfect getaway in this 3 Bed/2.5 Bath beautiful townhome full of luxury amenities.

Upon entry, you'll feel at home with the open floor plan, large windows, natural light, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to execute a complex meal. It has a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and radiant floor heating so your feet won't ever be cold. The living room has a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable leather couches to sink into after a long day. The dining table seats six. Out on the deck, you'll find a natural gas grill and great forest and mountain views to keep you engaged outside. In the hall to the one car garage, you'll find ample space for storing jackets and ski boots as well as a powder room.

Upstairs is the primary suite. It has a king bed, large walk-in closet, TV, and five piece en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub. On the lowest level, you'll find an in-unit washer/dryer, full hall bath, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with 40" TV. The other has a full over full bunkbed, TV, and outdoor access to the hot tub. There is also a twin trundle under the bunk and portable twin mattress found in the closet.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is just 1.2 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.1 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

  The layout was perfect for us. I had company join me thru the stay. My 3 grandsons were there and loved the skiing, playing in the snow, and lounging around.

  The townhome had a cabin feel to it. It was lovely, spacious and the heated floors were a nice touch! There were only 5 of us so we had plenty of space. The kids LOVED the downstairs area. The main floor was big and very warm and welcoming. The view from the living room was like a Christmas movie, we could see the skiers AND had a perfect view to the firework show 12/24. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garage was a huge plus! We could park our car in there and unload. Master bedroom was very nice and my daughter enjoyed the huge jetted tub. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the hot tub because we were so tired from the activities during the day. But I’d still give it a 10 because it looked really nice and now I can’t wait to go back to actually use it. We stayed at 303 antler. Most importantly the lady who answers the phone went above and beyond to accommodate us an extra 2 days because of our canceled flights. She was truly an angel!! Thank you for such an amazing vacation!

  Overall pretty nice, good location to the ski area and town. We had 2 families with teenagers staying in the condo. I would not recommend it for 2 families due to the way the beds are arranged. Loved the hot tub but it was a really awkward set up as you had to go through a bedroom to get to it. Kitchen was pretty good. Living room was smaller than what the pictures seemed to show. Overall was clean, but recommend more for one large family.

  nice place, as advertised. shuttle to slopes a bit slow, but when the shuttle app worked, it was very convenient (app didn't work all the time). place was not much further than the furthest parking lot to slopes, so its feasible to drop off family at slopes and just walk to lifts, if you keep your skis/snowboard on mt. comfy place, all directions from prop. managers were good, heater is radiant, we had some problems with it being too hot, but we could just open a window, and property managers were responsive. we had 2 families, and it fit us well. a bit expensive but i recommend it.

  Gorgeous accommodations. Picturesque surroundings. To be completely honest, this house was not our first choice. Normally, we like to take our vacation time to relax, unwind, and unplug from the digital world. Unfortunately, this time our oldest daughter needed to take a couple of summer courses in order to graduate college on time. (Thanks, COVID!) The wifi at our original house of choice was spotty at best and as much as we hated to do it at the time, we had to switch in order to accommodate. Winter Park Management came through for us big time! They were able to get us this new place in less than a day and were extremely pleasant and reasonable in doing so. The second house was equally as stunning with nearly all of the same amenities as our original and, dare I say it, excellent wifi. Quiet and comfortable sleeping, fantastic entertainment area, clean kitchen stocked with virtually every gadget you might need, fabulous grill and deck, and, of course, the hot tub. Super clean and well maintained. Thanks again to WPM for the help in finding us this this gem so quickly! You really helped save not only our vacation, but possibly another semester of college tuition!
