Enjoy this beautiful end-unit, three story townhome located just minutes from Winter Park Resort. With five bedrooms and three and half baths, this property is great for large groups.

Upon entry, at the end of the hall is the in-unit laundry room (detergents not provided). To the left is the one car garage. To the right is a large family room with twin over twin bunkbeds. There is a TV with cable and DVD player.

On the main floor you're sure to feel right at home with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and lots of natural light. The kitchen, dining, and living room area have an open floor concept which makes hanging out a breeze. Outside on the deck you'll find a private hot tub. The living room is complete with leather furniture, TV (Xfinity with smart DVD player), and beautiful floor to ceiling stonework for the gas fireplace. The dining table is sure to impress as it is one large piece of wood with seating for ten. The kitchen is set up with a gas stove and all stainless steel appliances. It is also fully stocked with all the needed equipment to whip up a fancy meal. There's even a large pantry to store your food. Past the kitchen is the primary suite which is sure to impress. You'll find a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite five piece bathroom (features a shower, large jetted soaking tub, and dual sinks). The second suite is located at the top of the stairs to the right. It too has a king bed with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom (shower with dual sinks).

On the third level you'll find two bedrooms with a shared hall bathroom (shower only). One bedroom offers a full-size bed with twin trundle underneath. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

The townhome is heated via radiant floor heating. There are thermostat controls in the downstairs bunk room, kitchen, both primary
bedrooms, and the twin room upstairs.

Parking for 3 vehicles.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is just 1.3 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.8 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.2 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

    Place was nice but has a lot of little things that need to be tightened up. Towels rings falling off, windows won’t close and lock, drawers not closing on dressers. There are several loose / inoperable outlets in kitchen which made it hard to use toaster and coffee maker. Not safe as well. Toilets clogged which maintenance came 2 times. Thanks for fixing. Just needs some TLC.

    Great location, clean, comfortable beds, decent toilet paper, some humidifiers in bedrooms to save our sinuses, coffee, laundry detergent, and the garage made getting up after a snow shower so much easier. We'd stay here again.

    Amazing property, right across the street from Winter Park, shuttle available, however we didn't use, but saw it daily. Home was super clean, comfortable and spacious. Will definitely stay again when we visit Winter Park.

    We had 7 guys stay up there for a short week of riding. The location was nice and close to the resort. Drive or ride to and from. Plenty of space in this condo with 2 master bedrooms. Also, the garage was perfect for bike repairs in the evenings. Thanks for the great stay!
