NOTE THAT THE HOT TUBS AND AMENITY DECKS AT FOUNDERS POINTE & FRASER CROSSING ARE CLOSED as new hot tubs are being installed. Latest update from the HOA is they anticipate opening December 19th 2024.
Additionally, at times there will be construction noise, possible Mondays-Saturdays (allowed work hours 7 am to 7 pm), when work is occurring on the amenity decks. Many days there is no work taking place on the deck and so no noise, but there may be noise depending on specific days. Please be aware of this possibility when considering this unit.

This studio condo features accommodations for four. Studio condo with a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, small fridge, built in microwave/oven (convection oven), small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and vanity. Brand new Smart TV just added so you can stream your own movies etc.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex only 2 min walk to the Gondola, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

    Clean, & comfortable with great views of the mountain. Short Easy walk to the lifts and shops. Ski lockers in the garage. Free Shuttle busses right down the street if you want to take a ride into town. Can’t ask for a better stay.

    Ski in/out condo was reasonably close to Lifts. Everything worked in condo - had to push in electric stove burner top to get it to contact. Condo was clean and everything fresh in bathroom and bedding.

    This condo was perfect for us. The location was awesome with a couple minute walk to the gondola/lifts. The hot tub was also a nice treat. The only negative was there was only 3 towels and the hand towels didn’t appear to be clean. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Will take the matter up with our housekeeping manager (plus address the condition of the hand towels with her too) In future, please never be shy to call us if there is anything we can do while you are staying.     We stayed here over spring break with our 2 young children (5 & 7) - it was the perfect little spot for us. Able to easily walk to the slopes each day, restaurants were within walking distance, hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing, parking was extremely convenient - can't wait to come back.
