Vacation bliss awaits in this lovely three-bedroom condo that sleeps up to nine. This Hi Country Haus condo is just a few steps away from the free city shuttle, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet is tucked away with the serenity of mountain views right from the patio. Upon arrival, the bright decor and large stone fireplace is a welcome sight for mountain travelers. Conveniently store your skis, snowboards, and other outdoor gear in the entryway closet designed for the savviest adventurer. The family chef will delight in the fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and cooking gadgets galore! Recap the day’s adventures by gathering around the round dining table and breakfast bar to recount the day's adventures with friends and family. You can also head outside to dine on the patio with seating for four and great mountain views.

After a day of adventure, warm up by the wood-burning fireplace and cozy into the sectional sofa to watch your favorite movie on the smart TV. Enjoy the condo’s board games to make fun family memories. Retreat to the main bedroom styled at the height of perfection! It's complete with a king-size bed, bedside charging stations, and a TV. The main en-suite bath has a natural stone walk-in shower.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed adorned with mountain-modern bedding and bedside charging stations. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a kiddo’s paradise with a twin over twin bunk, and a twin-over-full bunk bed, each with its own reading lamp. The guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi. The whole family will love the Hi Country Haus amenities building when they take advantage of the indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sun deck, communal kitchen, computer with printer and free internet, fireplace and lounge areas, children's room, and coin-operated laundry center. Rocky Mountain National Park is a scenic 45-minute drive to the Grand Lake/west entrance.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Property is on the "Blue" shuttle line. Shuttle stop 2 minute walk from the building. Distance to the base about 4.5 miles

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

  Condo was great. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, great fireplace. Rec center with the pool and hot tub the last night we were there, they had cleaned the pools and the hot tub jets weren’t heating. maintenance went on a rant about dirty people. Seemed like they could have turned the heat back on even if they were mad about cleaning it. They put signs up saying the water was safe but cold and caution tape in front of the door. Had to call to get clarification. If they fired maintenance and got someone new it would be an awesome place.

  Our group of 7 (ranging in age from 14 to 55), really really liked this condo. It was super clean (my 20 year old said it was the cleanest rental we've been in!), very comfy beds & couch, well stocked kitchen (including salt/pepper/coffee/coffee filters), and tons of hooks for drying ski clothes & towels. Nearly everything was labeled and with simple easy to find & use instructions which was a very very helpful. We were super close to the free shutte to Winter Park (a 2 min walk at best, with pick up in the complex), enjoyed the club house with a heated pool & two hot tubs (well, there was a 3rd but it was outside so we took a pass), and were close to town activities. The shuttle ride to Winter Park was short. The bathrooms are on the small side but still very doable (even with 4 young women/teenagers sharing one). An extra mirror somewhere in the condo would help alleviate that some but an extra mirror would be a nice to have, not a have to have. The condo provided all of the basics (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, kitchen/dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 thing of paper towels, 2 kitchen hand towels, 2-3 hair dryers) which was nice. We were not crowded, even with 7 "adults". The view outside the condo was nice. The condo is on the 2nd floor. We would stay there again for sure!
