Extended 2 car garage. Covered, private hot tub with view of the Continental Divide. Multiple composite decks, large bathrooms and open concept living area.

Winter Park Resort is just 7.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.4 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 1.5 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

  What a beautiful, warm, and welcoming home. Our two family group felt it the minute we walked through the door. We had a very long day of travel and it was so nice to cook dinner in the well appointed kitchen. Living room had plenty of comfy seating to rest and enjoy the view. Great sleeping quarters for our adults and our teens. The hot tub was the preferred spot after a day of activities. We loved the location of the home. A quick drive or shuttle to Winter Park. A beautiful 40 min drive to a Grand Lake. We were sad to leave this home away from home. Cannot wait to come back!

  We had a girls snowshoe week. There were 8 of us and the house is suited perfectly for 8. We could all sit around the table, all sit in the livingroom, and all had a bed. The hot tub was so refreshing.

  Great! My only suggestion would be that you supply more towels. One towel per person is not enough especially when there is a hot tub! That’s it! Everything else was perfect!
