Byers Peak views from this awesome house in Fraser. South facing atrium with Trombe Wall design. Remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with reversed floor plan to maximize views that includes a main floor master bedroom w/king bed & en-sute bathroom. Lower level with 2 bedrooms and atrium. 1 bedroom w/ 2 queen beds and smart TV for streaming of TV through your own NetFlix / Hulu etc account. 1 bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) and TV set up for Wi-Fi streaming so you can use your own Netflix / Hulu accounts. Extended 2 car garage. Covered, private hot tub with view of the Continental Divide. Multiple composite decks, large bathrooms and open concept living area.

This home is located just 10 miles away from the lifts at the Winter Park Resort (skiing, mountain biking, ice skating, alpine slide depending on season) and is very close to National Forest access and Devil's Thumb Ranch (cross country skiing, dining, horseback riding, fly fishing depending on season). You will find Ski Granby Ranch just under 15 miles away and Grand Lake (snowmobiling, boating) just 30 miles away.
