Comfortable 2 bed room 2 bath condo with views of the base area and gondola. Steps from the elevator make it easy to get to the chairlift.

Queen size bed in the primary bedroom plus twin over twin bunk. Second bedroom with queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen offers everything you'll need to cook a warm meal.

Free Wi-Fi.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, onsite ski shops and close proximity to restaurants and shopping. There is also a nearby ice skating rink. Each condo has a full service kitchen. Washer and Dryers are located on every floor. Unit is located on 4th floor in Slopeside building facing the ski slopes.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Heated attached underground parking will keep you and your vehicle out of the elements (parking fee during ski-season $23/ per vehicle per day). Ski locker is included.

Hot tub hours: 8 am to 10 pm (Mon through Sun)

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

    First the bad - The unit is dated, and could use more/better furniture. There's really only comfortable seating for four people, and the place could use some updating.

    The Good - The unit was clean and the location is great. I'm not sure there is a better location than Zephyr Lodge. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with.

    Despite the few drawbacks, I would probably stay here again if I came back to WP, and certainly would use Winter Park Management to book my stay.

    Clean and comfortable. Great setup and communications. Near the elevator which is another big plus. The ski lockers were easily accessible. The two hot tubs were nice and conveniently located (but could use a thorough cleaning). Starbucks was a stone’s throw away. Possibly the only true ski-In / ski-out we’ve ever stayed at - so big points for that. The bunk beds were great. The only major downside is the lack of an in-room washer/dryer and compared to nearby units where we’ve stayed before, the living areas were smaller. Given these two downsides, I don’t think the much higher rate we paid was justified - even considering the ski-in/ski-out. But others may feel differently depending upon their priorities.

Majority of the 2 bedrooms are not set up so washer / dryer can be installed (no option for drainage) We are SO glad to read that you enjoyed the easy accessibility of ski-lockers and having Starbucks just downstairs is nice too. I will forward your comment about the hot tubs to the HOA as they are the ones that are maintaining the shared amenities on this property.     You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s all original which is fine but it could use a revamp to the living room area. While this advertises sleeping for 8, there is only one couch in the living room so you can only seat three people. I would consider a sectional or something else. The living / dining area is small so not sure what the solution would be but something different is needed. That said, we enjoyed our stay and Winter Park Management is excellent.

I know they have been talking about doing some upgrades - maybe a new sofa is in the budget. It is hard to fit 8 people in on 900 square feet, but it sounds like you figured it out and enjoyed your stay after all.
