Enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience in this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Cozens Pointe in Fraser. You'll have your own private entrance and a small patio, perfect for a morning coffee while you take in the open-space views and watch for wildlife.

THE HOME
Living area: The living room has open-space views, a sleeper sofa and a cozy gas heating stove. The dining table seats 4, with 4 more stools at the kitchen island.

Kitchen: Nice cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Primary bedroom: Queen bed, open-space views and a bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub.

Second bedroom: Queen bed.

Second bathroom: Located in the hallway.

Access: The condo is reached by a set of stairs, so it is not wheelchair accessible.

TRAVELING WITH FAMILY OR FRIENDS?
Our top-floor 2-bedroom condo in building H of the same Cozens Pointe complex is just a 2-minute walk away and sleeps 7. Your group can stay close together while everyone still has their own space.

GETTING AROUND
The free resort shuttle stop is a 1-minute walk from the condo, and the shuttle drops you at the Winter Park Resort base village, 4.2 miles away. There you'll find skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining and entertainment year-round.

The Grand Park Rec Center is just 0.9 miles away, with several swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with indoor track, a huge climbing wall, a gymnasium and a children's playground. Next door, The Foundry offers bowling, a movie theater and a brick-oven pizza bar. Safeway and the Fraser Valley Shopping Center are minutes away, and Fraser and Winter Park have great Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese and Mexican restaurants.

• Bedding: This property uses the Triple Sheet Method. Two sheets encase the comforter and are washed between every guest for an extra-clean sleep.
• Parking: Free outdoor parking in the 3 spaces right as you enter the complex. There is no garage.
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including the patio.
• Fire restrictions: We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates on fire restrictions in our area. Open fires are not allowed on the property.

  The condo was overall perfect. Only a couple small changes would be nice. Adding lighting on the stairs/sidewalk down to the door would be beneficial as well as a shorter access number (10 digits is excessive). Overall it had everything we needed and parking was right by the access to the condo.

  We were very happy with the view and location. Overall the condo was wonderful. Happy to have the second bedroom/bath basically as an on-suite once we used the pocket door to separate the area. Beds were comfortable. As stated in a previous post, we would agree the lighting is very dim because of the fixtures. Any questions/concerns we had were answered right away by management.

  had a great time. the condo was in great shape and very clean. Only thing to note is for older guests. the sidewalk and path can be very snowy and icy, especially with all the snow. It was expected as this is in Fraser in the middle of winter. just need to be careful
