Enjoy a wonderful Rocky Mountain experience in this adorable and inviting condo in Fraser. The cozy space offers a Queen bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a relaxing jetted tub in the bathroom. The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views.

To access this unit, you will need to ascend a set of stairs. Please be aware that, as it is located on the ground floor, it does not offer handicap accessibility.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

This majestic getaway condo enjoys an ideal location, less than 5 miles from the Town of Winter Park and only 4.2 miles from Winter Park Resort. A short 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the shuttle stop, where the FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off at the resort base village. There, you can partake in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Community Rec Center is a mere 0.9 miles away, offering multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.

This condo is just minutes away from Safeway grocery store and the Fraser Valley Shopping Center, where you'll find Wendy's, Elevation Pizza, Murdoch's Ranch, and more. In Fraser/Winter Park, you'll discover an array of excellent restaurants offering Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, and Mexican cuisine.

Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. The property is on the shuttle route to the base of the mountain.

As responsible hosts, we strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to stay informed about the latest updates regarding fire restrictions. Please note that open fires are not allowed on the property, but you are welcome to use the provided propane BBQ.

  The beds were very comfortable, with high quality sheets and plush towels. Very clean. Charlotte was very responsive when called about an internet issue, which was resolved quickly. Near a brewery and shops and some eating places. Enjoyed our stay. There are stairs down to the entrance which might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

  We were very happy with the view and location. Overall the condo was wonderful. Happy to have the second bedroom/bath basically as an on-suite once we used the pocket door to separate the area. Beds were comfortable. As stated in a previous post, we would agree the lighting is very dim because of the fixtures. Any questions/concerns we had were answered right away by management.

  had a great time. the condo was in great shape and very clean. Only thing to note is for older guests. the sidewalk and path can be very snowy and icy, especially with all the snow. It was expected as this is in Fraser in the middle of winter. just need to be careful
