Welcome to our beautiful, warm Lakota home, perfect for quality time with friends and families, corporate retreats, family reunions and so much more. This luxurious haven boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and an awe-inspiring view of the Winter Park Resort Mountains. With a capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests, this magnificent home invites you to experience relaxation at its finest.

This tri-level residence offers an array of features. On the main floor, a stunning kitchen awaits, equipped with high-end Wolf built-in appliances, including 2 ovens, a warming drawer, 2 dishwashers, a 6-burner gas stove with a pot filler, 2 extra large sinks, and a dining table that seats 14. The kitchen island offers seating for 4, and the dining area provides a SPECTACULAR view that extends into the living space. The living room boasts a generously-sized couch, a grand fireplace, and a smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming platforms. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy a patio table, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fireplace. There is a powder room conveniently down the hallway from the great room and a spacious laundry room , complete with a washer and dryer, and mudroom with benches, shelves and hooks to store plenty of gear is directly off of the heated garage. Parking for up to 5 cars is available, with space for 2 in the garage and 3 outside the home.

The master bedroom on this level features a king-sized bed, a cozy fireplace, a smart TV, a balcony with a view, and a walk-in closet. The attached bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a large shower with a rain forest shower head, a massage/therapy tub, 2 sinks and a private toilet. There is a pack n' play and a portable crib in this closet that can be moved to any of the other bedrooms.

Venture to the upper level, where you'll find a loft with beautiful mountain views, a desk, a sofa sleeper, and a full bathroom in the hallway. The bunk room has 6 custom built twin beds (a triple decker, double decker and a trundle) each with its own built-in nightstand and individual reading light. A master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a balcony with stunning ski resort views, a smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and a well-appointed bathroom with a steam shower and 2 sinks.


The lower level offers mountain views, a spacious family / game room and a mini kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, mini-fridge, and mini wine refrigerator. You'll find a poker table with poker chips, a large smart TV, a pool table, a substantial sofa with seating for 12, a stereo receiver, and access to the hot tub with captivating mountain views. A full bathroom is situated in the hallway, along with a bedroom featuring 2 twin beds and a third master bedroom. The master has a plush queen bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub / shower, 2 sinks and a private toilet

Free Wi-Fi is available, and parking for up to 5 vehicles is provided.

Please note that the nightly rate is based on occupancy for up to 8 people, with an additional charge of $15 per person per night for groups exceeding 8 guests (this fee will be added upon confirmation of your reservation).

While technically a townhouse, staying there, you would never know it. The homes are built such that you can neither see nor hear anything from the attached home.

  Lakota 510 was the perfect rental experience for our large group of family and friends. It was easy to spread everyone across the three floors of bedrooms and feel comfortable. The bunk room with 6 beds was a hit with the kids. The downstairs den/pool table/poker table was great for late night fun while the kids were asleep upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and was set up perfectly for a chef prepared dinner one night. The floor to ceiling windows in the den were incredible- the views of the mountains and ski slopes were postcard worthy. 10/10 I would recommend staying here.

  Great house for large groups. Close to the resort but need to take free shuttle to and from the resort or it is a 19 minute hike one-way. We were a party of 11 and had plenty of space. The property management was very responsive and easy to deal with. The views from the main living room and dinning room are breathtaking!
