This stunning 4-story townhome boasts a lower level with a garage area accessible from one entrance. On the main level, you'll find another entrance from Lions Gate Dr, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a bonus room, a balcony, and a convenient half bathroom. The second floor houses all the bedrooms and full bathrooms, featuring a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bunk bed, and a third bedroom with three twin bunk beds, with a shared bathroom in the hallway. The upper level offers an outdoor deck with a private hot tub and a table seating six people. Enjoy additional amenities such as a 2-car heated garage, two more decks, a beautiful gas fireplace, a rooftop mini bar, and a gas grill. We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

To ensure an extra clean sleeping experience, this property employs the Triple Sheet Method, using two sheets to encase the comforter, which gets washed between each and every guest.

Winter Park Resort, a mere 5 minutes away, is easily accessible through the FREE resort shuttle, which drops you off in the heart of the resort base village. Here, you can indulge in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The nearby Grand Park Rec Center offers an array of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a vast rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Adjacent to the Rec Center, you'll find The Foundry, a fantastic venue with a bowling alley, movie theater, and a brick oven pizza bar.

For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises.

The nightly rate is based on occupancy of up to 8 people, and any additional guests incur a charge of $15 per person per night (to be added upon reservation confirmation).

    Such a great spot!

    The views, rooms, living room, hot tub were amazing! Everything is top notch high quality!

    Garage is a difficult turn and you may not be able to get a full sized truck into it.
