The townhome boasts a king-sized bed in the main level primary suite and a queen-sized bed in the second primary suite. Both bedrooms come complete with their own full bathrooms, with the upper-level primary suite featuring an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, the loft area is equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full). Blow up mattress in master bedroom closet along with spare sheets.

The living area features an open floor plan, allowing you to whip up a meal after a day in the mountains while entertaining guests in the adjoining living and dining rooms. Living room TV with SONO system and gas fireplace. The dining table comfortably seats four, and there are three additional seats at the kitchen island. On the back patio, you'll find a propane grill, a firepit table and chairs for four, perfect for relaxing in the summer and on warmer winter days. Each bedroom and the living room come equipped with brand new Smart TVs (you can use your own streaming accounts), and the TVs have HDMI hookups if you want to connect your own gaming devices, etc. The unit also provides a full washer and dryer, so you can bring your own laundry pods or soap. In closet you will find crib & high chair for your little ones.

For added convenience, the property includes an oversized detached one-car garage to keep your vehicle sheltered from the elements, and the walk to the front door takes mere seconds.

Winter Park Resort is just 5.4 miles away, offering a plethora of family-friendly activities. The FREE resort shuttle drops you right in the heart of the resort base village, where you'll find skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, entertainment, and various summer activities.
