Sleeping arrangements include 2 king beds, 2 twin XL-over-twin XL bunk beds, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, and a pack-and-play. Every bedroom also features bedside lamps with USB ports. Whether you're here to enjoy Colorado’s natural beauty or simply relax in style, this townhome offers the perfect setting for your mountain retreat.

This home is perfect for multi-family getaways, with living areas on both the main and lower levels, allowing everyone to spread out. Kids can enjoy playing Xbox or watching a movie in the lower-level living area, while adults relax with a glass of wine in the main-level living room. This layout ensures everyone has their own space to unwind and enjoy the ultimate mountain retreat. Entertainment options abound, with a selection of board games, Xbox gaming system, and a Sonos sound system.
With panoramic views of the Continental Divide, this mountain retreat offers spectacular scenery. Tastefully furnished with high-end contemporary decor, this unique home provides an unparalleled mountain experience
The home is equipped with a radiant in-floor heating system, with individual climate controls in every room, ensuring warm flooring during the winter. For summer comfort, ceiling fans and remote-controlled shades keep things cool.
The outdoor amenities include a hot tub on the rear patio, private fire pit with great views of the mountain scenery, and two gas fireplaces inside the home for cozy relaxation. Cook your juicy steak or gourmet burger on the new Napoleon Gas Grill.

The heated 2-car garage includes a bench and ski/snowboard storage racks.

This welcoming, family-friendly home offers several upgraded features that set it apart from other rentals in the area. The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped (it even have kids plates & utensils for the younger guests), and the home includes wall-mounted HD smart TVs in every room (beside the bunk room) for watching cable TV or your favorite steaming program.

The home features secure keyless entry and free high-speed WIFI.

Comfortable Saatva mattresses through out the house, w/premium bedding ensure a comfortable & luxurious stay. The home uses the Triple Sheet Method, with two sheets encasing the comforter for a cleaner & more hygienic sleeping experience, as the duvet covers are washed between each guest.

Located just 1.1 miles from Winter Park Resort, you’ll have easy access to skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, and dining. The FREE resort shuttle (stop just a few doors down) drops you off right in the middle of the resort base village. For additional fun, the Grand Park Rec Center is just 3.7 miles away, offering pools, a water slide, a full gym with an indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children’s playground. The Foundry, next to the Rec Center, features a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick-oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is located just 5.3 miles away in Fraser.
