SKI-IN/SKI-OUT
Just 150 steps on a heated sidewalk take you to the Corridor ski trail, which connects the base of Mary Jane to the base of Winter Park. In summer, scenic hiking trails are right outside your door, and the base area and downtown Winter Park are easy to reach.

THE HOME
Living area: The open-concept living, dining and kitchen area is filled with natural light and mountain views. The living room has a plush sectional sofa, a sleek gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need to prepare your meals.

Primary bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.

Second bedroom: King bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy seating area and lots of natural light.

Bunk room: Twin-over-full bunk bed, sleeps 3.

Shared bathroom: A beautifully finished bathroom with hallway access and modern fixtures.

Shared amenity deck: Just down the hallway on the same level as the condo, the shared amenity deck has a hot tub and a BBQ grill.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Bedding: This property uses the Triple Sheet Method. Two sheets encase the comforter and are washed between every guest for an extra-clean sleep.
• Parking: Free reserved parking for 1 vehicle in the heated garage. Overflow outdoor parking in front of the building is first come, first served. Two EV chargers are available in the shared garage (fees apply).
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including the balcony and the shared amenity deck.
• Fire restrictions: We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates on fire restrictions in our area. Open fires are not allowed on the property. Use of the BBQ on the shared amenity deck is allowed.

• No air conditioning; fans are provided in each bedroom
