You'll love this spacious mountain townhome tucked among the trees, yet just a short walk from downtown Winter Park. Whether you're here for skiing, mountain biking, hiking, festivals or simply relaxing, it offers the perfect mix of comfort, privacy and convenience. It sleeps up to 12.

THE HOME
Living area: The open-concept living area has comfortable seating, large windows that bring the outdoors in, and a cozy gas fireplace.

Kitchen and dining: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook for the whole group. The dining area has plenty of space for family dinners and game nights.

Primary suite: King bed and private en-suite bathroom. It also has a dedicated workspace with a 22-inch monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Second bedroom: Queen bed and two twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Third bedroom: Queen bed and two twin beds.

Outdoors: Four private decks and a private hot tub with mountain views.

Laundry: Washer and dryer in the home.

Staying cool: There's no central air conditioning, but evenings in the mountains are usually cool, and fans are provided in each bedroom. The home also has a whole-house fan, with the switch in the primary bedroom. For best results, wait until it's in the 60s outside, open the screened doors on the second and third floors, and turn the fan to High.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
The nightly rate is based on up to 8 guests, so smaller groups aren't paying for a full house. For groups of 9 or more, a fee of $15 per additional guest per night applies. It covers the extra linens, towels and supplies, plus additional hot tub servicing, and will be added when we confirm your reservation.

Downtown Winter Park's restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, shopping and Hideaway Park are all within walking distance. Winter Park Resort is just minutes away, and the FREE resort shuttle takes you to the base village for skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, shopping, dining and year-round activities.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Bedding: This property uses the Triple Sheet Method. Two sheets encase the comforter and are washed between every guest for an extra-clean sleep.
• Parking: Free parking for 1 vehicle (or 2 smaller vehicles) in front of the garage, plus additional parking in the designated area near the community dumpster. The garage is reserved for the owner's equipment and is not available to guests.
• Smoking: No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property, including the decks.
• Fire restrictions: We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates on fire restrictions in our area. Open fires are not allowed on the property.
