We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

This three-story townhome will comfortably sleep 9-11 people with plenty of space for up to three families. Exposed wood beams, cathedral ceilings and large windows offer a direct view of the ski area make this your perfect mountain getaway. The property stays true to its mountain surroundings with beautiful rustic décor you’re sure to love. The open floor plan makes entertaining and enjoying family time together easy. Enjoy cozy mountain nights in the family room complete in front stoned two-story gas fireplace and flat screen TV. Fresh mountain air will be calling you from the large private deck with grill. This unit boasts almost 2400 square feet allowing plenty of space to spread out and still have privacy.

The master bedroom is upstairs in the loft. It has a king bed and attached five piece master bathroom suite. A second bedroom is located on the main floor which also has a king bed. There is a full hall bath. Downstairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed. The other bedroom also serves as a family room as it has a sectional couch that can be used as a bed, TV, and twin over full bunk bed. There is a full hall bathroom.

This property has a an attached one car garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements. Enjoy easy access to the base of Winter Park Resort or the Fraser River trail which will lead you all the way to the town of Fraser.

Free WiFi.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Higher rates may occur on Saturday to Saturday reservations. For larger parties: we have another 4 bedroom and a 2 bedroom property at Trademark.

Due to Covid restrictions, the communal hot tub is closed until further notice.

  This beautiful, 3-story townhome is less than half a mile from Winter Park village, and a couple of miles east of the town. Close proximity to groceries, restaurants, shopping, hiking, you name it. The place was clean and tidy (not a given, I can assure you). It was nicely furnished. The property managers were thorough and responsive. Combine all of this with the wonderful location, and it's a winner all the way. We would definitely stay there again.

  My family enjoyed our stay in this spacious and lovely condo. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for three generations. The kitchen was well-equipped including some left-behind paper goods, coffee filters and misc. supplies such as salt and pepper. The large living area is beautiful and full of light with large windows. However, in the middle of the summer, it was uncomfortably warm and sunny. The bedrooms were also hot, especially in the early part of the evening. At the least, there should be fans provided for the bedrooms. We did enjoy the location, very close to the Winter Park resort with lots of fun activities.

  The only thing I would say that needs attention is the cookware. Only two of the pans have lids. You need to replace the cookware with pans with lids. I was just there to cook for the skiers and just didn't have enough pots and pans that worked.

  We rented the house for a family gathering of three generations. Three floors of bedrooms worked well. The kitchen was adequate for eating some meals in and some out. We were there in July, so it was quite warm. With no shades on the tall windows, the living room could get very warm in the late afternoon, but it cooled off overnight. We loved being within easy walking distance of the activities and restaurants in the village.

  Window coverings are insufficient to block sunlight both upstairs and down. After dark, lighting is insufficient everywhere. Hot water was in very short supply. The master bedroom closet was obstructed by exercise equipment. Dishes and pots need replacing. This is a nice location and a nice layout with great potential! Please de-clutter and provide the missing elements.

  Beautifully decorated, excellent location and ideal floor plan to accommodate several families. On the shuttle line to base of mountain for ease of skiing so you don't need to drive to the slopes. Such a nice surprise to find a decorated Xmas tree when we arrived on the 23rd. Perfect way to spend Xmas looking out huge glass windows as snow was falling. You can see the skiers coming down the mountain from the family room too. Fireplace operates with the press of the button and TV's in every bedroom. Even though it shares a common wall with another unit, we never heard any noise. We would definitely rent this condo the next time we are in Winter Park.

  The condo was very well appointed, kitchen worked well, we had a dinner for 18 one night with ease. Six adults and 2 small children were very comfortable in residence, the public area is large and airy. A remote for the garage door opener would be nice to have, we utilized the garage for our vehicle as the driveway is small and shared with the next condo. Hot water was inadequate, an on demand water heater on just one of the showers would really help when everyone comes in from skiing at once and wants to shower. 3 or 4 remote controls on the TV, cable etc. we could have used a guide. Very close to WP ski area, probably could walk as fast as the shuttle. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to this condo on another visit. Property management was very responsive on 2 requests during our stay (one guest was locked out on the deck with both house keys locked in the condo!) Management was there within a 1/2 hour.

We have in the past tried to leave the garage door opener, but found that many guests forgot to leave it upon departure.,so it became costly to replace remote after remote. Your suggestion in regards to a guide for remote controls is not a bad idea. I will see to if I can get that in the property soonest possible. We just replaced the water heater last year, but I will bring the suggestion to the owner in regards to the on demand water heater. Glad you had a good time and that we were able to 'rescue' your wife from freezing too much being locked out on the balcony (smile!!) We were actually there within 7 minutes of receiving the call for help. :)

  Very nice condo! Beautifully decorated and beautiful views of the slopes. Just a few complaints: clothes dryer was painstakingly SLOW (we had to dry the same load 2-3 times to get the clothes fully dry); master bath tub leaked water into the kitchen the first night we were there (but we called the property manager and he came right away to help us clean the mess and give us extra towels); dirty pans found in oven whenever we went to cook for the first time. These were all just minor things though. Overall...a great place and would definitely stay here again.

  Excellent experience in every way. Charlotte, the manager, was wonderfully helpful before we arrived. The condo is comfortable with all the amenities you'd hope for, including kitchen tools that actually allow you to cook! Views are great, and the location was wonderfully convenient for getting on the ski slopes quickly. We'd go back in a second!

  The property was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The house was spotless, and the furniture was all very nice. They had everything we could need there. The check in and out was so convenient with just using the lockbox.
