Newly built, high end one bedroom with garage in the heart of Winter Park! Conveniently located along the free Lift shuttle route, a five minute drive to Winter Park Resort, and near some of the best places to eat in town. This is a wonderful first floor condo you’re sure to enjoy!

This cozy condo is sure to not disappoint. Upon entry you’ll find yourself in an open floor concept with the living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the needed supplies to cook a large meal. A high table for four keeps up the modern feel of the house. The living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, sliding glass doors that offer lots of natural light, and a comfy sofa that with pullout mattress. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed with patio access as well. The full bathroom is located in the hall and just further down is an in-unit washer dryer. One of the many perks of this property is the attached garage to keep your vehicle out of the elements.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Winter Park Resort is just 4.7 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 0.5 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2 miles away in the town of Fraser.

  Stayed in this unit for a summer Mtn Bike vacation.
  the carpet in the living room is very in need of replacement. This is likely due to the very dirty garage floor (all of the dirt and dust make its way into the living room). Since we were there to mtn bike, I brought bike cleaning supplies and ended up spraying out the garage floor 2x to get rid of all of the dust and salt from this past winter.
  The garage is small and will not fit a large SUV. The condo's on this side of the complex do not have a driveway so the only option is parking in the street (if you can find a spot....very limited). This should be disclosed IMO.
  The location is great. Other than the garage, the unit was clean (now the garage is too:)
  Bed was comfortable.

  Hard to find the unit. Google maps takes you to the back side of the unit. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Could not figure out the stereo system and TV. The Bathtub had a hair on the tub. I cleaned before I used it. The coffee pot top was broken and would fall off when pouring. The bedroom was a good size. Great location!

  The location was probably my favorite thing about this unit. Great walkability to coffee, restaurants, and shops. The garage was also a great feature. It was nice to have the suv tucked away and out of the snow. The unit was clean and the kitchen well appointed. My only disappointment (and it was a big one) was the mattress, pillows and bedding. The mattress was TERRIBLY uncomfortable. I was looking forward to a couple of rare mornings to sleep in. That definitely was not an option as we both tossed and turned all night due for the mattress. For a high end unit as nice as this one, a quality mattress, pillows and bedding would go a long way.

  We stayed at the Telemark #518 for 4 nights. The only issue we had was the unit was so hot! We turned the thermostats all the way down & it still was over 70 degrees in the unit most of the time. It was a great location and had all we needed for our short stay. We couldn't get the amazon firestick to work, but we were out most of the time anyway.

  Townhouse was really nice - but could have been cleaned better - there was a strange white powder that kept appearing at the bathroom door by the wall and there were a couple of hairs in the shower. Upon arrival, we tried to vacuum the dust, but the vacuum was totally useless. The management company, however, was fantastic. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom (even though the reservation was for 3 people). The management company allowed us to check in early, and quickly brought a new vacuum and 4 additional towels. Their service made up for the other shortcomings (the toilet was "loose" and wobbled - we did not bring this to the attention of the management company, but it does need to be tightened down). That being said, the unit was comfortable and very convenient and we would likely stay there again.

  Honestly, the condo was very cute, clean and convenient to everything in Winter Park. However, the temperature settings took a while to figure out. It was blazing hot when we got there, but we eventually got the temperature to a more normalized level. Also, the bed is very wobbly. If you are a sensitive sleeper, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, we LOVED this condo and how convenient it was to everything.

We usually recommend setting the thermostats to 60 - 65 - which is what we leave them at. If its too hot cracking a window or two is usually the best way to cool it down quickly.   We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Having an attached garage was a tremendous asset. The general cleanliness/condition of the condo was really good, however there was a big area of stains in the carpet next to the kitchen. We spoke to management about it and they said that unit was due for a deep cleaning. We definitely appreciated the large assortment of utensils, dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen.   I would definitely stay here again because the cost was excellent. It was clean and well located. My only complaint would be about the washing machine. Something is wrong with the spin cycle and I had to spend too much time just figuring out how to get the water to spin out of my clothes. This is important because the washer/dryer was a very important amenity when we were choosing a place.

  We surely enjoyed our stay in Winter Park. The condo was located off the main street but within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. The condo had a very comfortable bed and lovely new kitchen. We did feel that we should have had more wash cloths (4 for 2 people for 5 days) but I did do laundry in the laundry room provided and that solved the problem. Also, a long serrated knife for cutting bread from the nearby Safeway store would be nice as we made breakfast part of the time before we started our travels around the area. It would also be nice to have a printed guide to using the television and sound system in the condo. It took us a while to figure this out as each part of the country uses a different system.

  This condo is a perfect place to get away for a stay in Winter Park. It is close to all the downtown shops. We walked to dinner most nights. We had no problem with the heat as others have mentioned. My only dislike was the smell of the moldy sheets. There was an extra set in the closet however they had the same smell. Fresh linens are a must. Other than that, perfect stay. Thanks!

  We had a great time. The heating was a little tricky to get steady. It warmed right up once we arrived and turned it on. But did get a little toasty and stayed hot. It felt good when arriving from being out in the cold, but warm to sleep. Overall, not a big deal! The condo was very clean and in a nice part of town, I would definitely recommend Hernando's Pizza next door.

  The unit was very sufficient for us. The price was acceptable. High Dining Room Table and chairs not very functional and not comfortable and normal height table and chairs would be more comfortable. The bedroom should have a chest of drawers as living out of a suitcase without even a suitcase stand or any kind of shelving is not very comfortable (crawling on the floor).

  This condo had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Getting around town was easy, including taking the free Winter Park bus to/from the mountain for skiing. I'd highly recommend staying here.

  Charged us extra after her cleaning man walked into condo yelling at my significant other being a complete **** to a young women alone in the shower and he was pushing her trying to back our stuff up and was not being rational humans all t0hey want is to take advantage of tourists and find any way to charge you extra management is totalally lacking in basic human skills like communication or common courtesy of not pushing a young lady around or yelling at her after everything was paid up front save your money and visit somewhere w management that care about there customers!!!

    GUEST COMPLETELY IGNORED OUR 10 AM CHECK OUT TIME!!!! Our staff had to go to property 4/FOUR times between 10 am and 2:30 pm. Had we not had a guest checking in at 4 pm, we would have been more relaxed about it all, but when our staff (after 4 attempts) arrive at 2:30 pm, we were told to "relax" and that they would eventually leave after they showered and got ready to leave. We tried to call guest several of times during the day ...most of all to check to see if something wrong - since they had not packed up to leave - but no one picked up the phone ...nor did they return any of the voice messages that we left for them. All paperwork clearly states that CHECK IN is after 4 pm and CHECK OUT before 10 am. Had guest contacted us (which many do) asking if they could have a later check out, we would for sure have done what we could to accommodate them, but since they 100% ignored us, we had no other choice than to be a little firm with guest in regards to getting access so next guests arriving at 4 pm did not get a poor and delayed start of their vacation. I know everyone of our staffers very very well , and there is no way that they would touch or push any guest in our condo!!! Always two sides to each story, and I hope that anyone reading this review from guest, will take a few more moments of their time to see that we have a VERY good reputation ...specially when it comes to customer service. We go above and beyond to treat every customer of ours with nothing but respect and do what we can to help making their vacation as fun and positive as possible! (oh well, one can't win every time - there is always going to be that "special" someone that is being "a bit" unfair and unreasonable *smile)

  This was a very nice condo with a very helpful management company. We really enjoyed the gas fire place and the comfy couch. From this location we were able to walk to all of the local entertainment and restaurants. We also enjoyed a couple days at Rocky Mountain National Park. We would recommend this condo to any one looking to stay in the area.

  The location was central to most amenities. The cleanliness of the condo was the biggest issue. The shower curtain was yellowed and musty. There was hair in the shower and a dirty rug was left behind in the bath. The coffee pot ran over because it didn't drip properly. (get rid of that coffee pot) I loved the washer and dryer. Sand was not swept out of the garage, so it was dirty and we tracked it in. The patio was the same. Wasn't swept off after previous use. Overall I would recommend this condo. Very friendly merchants in the town.

  We stayed in the summer (July) for a few days as we trekked through Colorado. Very nice. The radiant heat took a moment to get used to...(we were cooking for a bit as there was a cold snap.) We did do a little laundry, but never cooked, but it's all there and ready. We'd stay again in a minute (so don't book in July) LOL.

  We were unable to get into the property because the lock box would not open that held the key to the door. The managers were out of town, but they had someone come open it up for us before too long. The Telemark condos are a nice central location in downtown Winter Park. It would be helpful to have some instructions included for the coffee was not all the user friendly. It took awhile for the condo to heat up with radiant heat, but it stayed comfortably warm once it reached the desired temperature.

  My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and was very clean. The hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. The heated garage was a real treat because it snowed every night. The only down side was that it was difficult to find (the number system does not make sense) but we arrived early in the day so it wasn't too difficult to find. We are heading back to Winter Park this spring and plan to stay there again.

  Had just a bit of difficulty figuring out which unit was ours (numbering is weird), but the managers talked me in over the phone without fail. The garage won't hold a large truck (in the winter at least), so we had to park outside. Other than that, it was perfect.
  
  The location was great, close to bars and restaurants we frequented, and the supermarket was 1mile down the road. Recommend Sharkey's for breakfast, excellent. Ullrs (sp?) was great for NYE, and the Pub across the street had great wings and atmosphere.
  
  Inside, the bedroom was great, sofa/bed in the main room was nice, and the kitchen was great. The hot tub was very nice after a long day of skiing as well.
  
  For the price, you can't beat it. Thanks for a great stay...

  What a great location, great hot tub, comfortable bed and well appointed kitchen. The kitchen stuff is as good or better than what I use at home. The one problem (which I probably caused) was promptly taken care of by the management company without any hassle at all. The entire experiance from booking (and extending my stay), location (you can access the river trail right from the property), heated garage, and great hot tub was easy and superb.

  I flew to Denver and rented a car in Boulder and drove up to Winter Park. Berthoud Pass was scary but beautiful country. The roads were clear. When we located the property we were so happy with the modern stone and cedar pillars on each condo. Granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances, the furniture was so comfortable and the floor in the bathroom was heated. I was so excited with the property, that anytime we go to Winter Park we will always stay at Telemark. The agent Charlotte was wonderful and very helpful to work with. On the paper work that was sent to us it had suggestions of restaurants and places to rent ski's. Which was at the Breeze, they were great also. The drive to the ski area it literally down the road maybe five minuets. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Telemark.

  This condo was even nicer than we expected. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. The hot tub was especially nice after a long day of skiing. Everything we needed (dishes, pots and pans, linens) was available. The garage is heated and stays very warm. The shuttle to Winter Park resort picks up about 100 yards away. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend.
