Very comfortable and tastefully decorated luxury 1800 square foot townhome 1/4 mile from the base area.
You will enjoy the two story cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and a direct view of the ski area from the expansive picture windows in the living and dining rooms of this top floor condo. The kitchen has plenty of counterspace and everything needed to make an elaborate meal. Enjoy cozying up in front of the gas fireplace or take in the fresh air and views from the private balcony.

The two bedrooms with queen beds share a full hall bathroom. The room at the end of the hall offers two sets of bunk beds (both twin over twin) and has an en-suite bath. The primary suite is sure to please. Complete with a king size bed with memory foam topper and plenty of storage space, it has a five piece en-suite bathroom. There’s also a Pack-n-Play for those traveling with future skiers and a portable twin mattress in the closet. You will find two more rooms with queen beds in each. Full restroom in hallway and set of washer and dryer. Full kitchen with all the appliances you need and a big beautiful living room with large TV and balcony.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Underground parking for small vehicles. There are two flights of stairs to reach the condo (the first flight exits to the outdoors/loading zone (which also has steps), then a second set to the condo) Shared hot tub. The perfect place for one, two, or even three families.

Due to HOA rules we are not allowed to store or use propane tanks larger than 2.5 lbs. If you want to use the BBQ, you will need to bring your own propane to the property (no larger than 2.5 lbs)

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Hot tub hours: 9 am to 10 pm

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

If you are traveling with family or friends we have one more Trademark unit a 2 bed.

Winter Park Resort is just 0.8 miles away. The resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.8 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock-climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 9 miles away in the town of Fraser

  A Winter Park Paradise!! The condo had everything we needed (and more). We are a family of five (two in college, one in high school), all experienced skiers. This was our first time staying in a VRBO for skiing, so we were a little nervous. But the accommodations immediately put us at ease. **So much room!** The kids had plenty of space, and the master suite was perfect for us with a bath set up for two.
  
  The kitchen was fully equipped for everything we needed to cook, making it easy to prepare meals after a day on the slopes. The scenery was spectacular, with stunning mountain views every morning and evening.
  
  The condo also had great amenities—games, puzzles, and multiple TVs kept us entertained at night. We enjoyed cozy nights together playing games and watching movies, making lasting memories.
  
  The cabin-like atmosphere added to the warmth and charm, with wood accents that created the perfect mountain retreat. Getting to and from the slopes was easy with the bus service, and it was just as convenient to head into town for groceries or supper.
  
  This Winter Park condo was the perfect home base for our family trip—spacious, comfortable, and ideally located. We can’t wait to return!

  Everything was really great - check-in details were received quickly, it was easy to find and easy to get in. Rooms were really clean, beds were comfortable, everything was great. We could easily walk over to the summer activities at the resort. Only two minor complaints: 1) no air conditioning, so it got very stuffy even with open windows and fans. 2) the lights in the hot tub weren't working Saturday night and we couldn't figure out how to turn them on. Didn't like using it in the dark at 9pm.

We are glad to read that you had a great weekend and the condo & location worked out well (despite no air conditioning avail) It is not very common with air-conditioning in our area as temperatures normally does not get above high 70'ties during the day and at night we often find the temps to be mid/high 50'ties. We always suggest to use the fans left in the condo & open door / windows to create a draft to get it aired out fast...and for the most times, it works out very well.

  Stay was great. The only thing I wish would of been more clear, was the fact there was 3 flights of stairs to get from the parking garage to the house. Was not a big deal for me, but my father isn't in the best of health and it was really hard on him every time was had to leave or go up. Had I know there was that much to climb, I would of looked for something closer to ground level.

  We were a party of 10, 3 generations (6 adults, 4 teenagers). This was not our first time in Winter Park nor our first time in Trade Winds. We love both! Maintenance was performed once on issues reported by cleaning crew and once responding to a slow draining shower. Our only issue was with the thermostat which was set permanently at 78...too warm even for Floridians! At advice from Ryan, maintenance man extraordinaire, we alternated between running heat and turning it off. Ryan suggested that the owner had control through Nest.

  We have a great family vacation. This was a very convenient location for skiing. Having the bus stop so close was a must. The only issue I had with the place was I thought the shower curtain in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. It looks like it may have some mold on it. And upon arrival I noticed that the kitchen floor and the master bathroom could have been swept a little bit better as we found things on the floor.

  Great place to spend time in the mountains. We escaped the Texas Summertime heat and fell in love with Colorado Summers. My parents joined my husband and 3 children for a relaxing week.   This was the perfect place for our multi-family ski vacation. There were four adults and four children vacationing, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The condo is a longer walk from Winter Park, so we preferred to park at the base of Mary Jane, which had free parking and was a two minute drive. You can also use the resort shuttle to get to WP. The rental was spotless, well taken care of, and stocked full of supplies (nice cooking utensils and cookware,paper towels, spices, zip lock bags, etc). I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return!

  We stayed here with a family of 8 -- 3 couples and 2 kids and we had 2 emply bunk beds. The accommodations and views were great. The dining table expands and accommodated all of us. The kitchen was well stocked including good cooking ware and lots of extras we didn't have to buy (spices, oil, salt, condiments). Access to the lifts was really easy -- shuttle comes at the end of the street. The hike to the 3rd floor was a little bit of a pain, but if you can ski all day you ought to be able to do that. Hot tub was warm and clean -- much better than a small privately owned hot tub. Only downside which owners might want to address is that 2 bedrooms had absolutely no storage of any sort, no dressers or shelves. Two couples had to live off suitcases spread on the floor. Which was a big inconvenience and could be easily remedies. Otherwise it was a great place for us.
