You won’t beat this beautifully upgraded 3 bed 3 bath first floor condo just steps from Hideaway Park! Trailhead Lodge is within walking distance to all the downtown shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (concerts), sledding hill and the Visitor Center- it’s in the heart of Winter Park!

Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, flat screen TV's, DVD player, high end finishes along with designer touches will surround you in luxury during your stay. The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew. The deck includes comfortable seating for entertaining and lounging.

The primary bedroom offers a king bedroom with en-suite full bath. There are two portable twin mattresses in the primary room closet that can be placed wherever is convenient for your group. A second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed with a full bathroom located right across the hall. And finally, the last bedroom offers a king size bed. There is another bathroom conveniently located across the hall from it.

Private washer & dryer in unit. Included is a fully stocked cabinet with dozens of games for family and kids.
This complex has one of the only outdoor year-round heated swimming pools. Clubhouse with pool room, kitchen, workout room and fire pit are included in the amenities.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

If you are traveling with family or friends, we have some more units at Trailhead, one of them on the second floor of this building. Email, text or call for more information.

For larger parties: We also have several (2 bedroom) condos at Trailhead Lodge!

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

  This was a great condo for my group of 8. It was clean and had a perfect location right downtown. It was convenient to jump on the bus to get to WP. The condo was filled with tons of kitchen supplies and a lot of extras like coffee filters, saran wrap and such which was very nice! My kids enjoyed the pool. We were comfortable here, two families, both with elementary age kids. The bunks are big enough for 2 small children to sleep together on each bed (4 total). There were fold out pads in both bedrooms for 2 more sleeping options. I think 10 people would feel crowded for sleeping, but doable. I would stay here again.

  The condo was great! Very spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils, towels, games, and the essentials. Large dining table and TV room made it easy for our group to hang out. Very spacious and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry room. Short 5 minute drive to Winter Park - buses go right by the condo as well. Shared amenities were nice - communal Hot Tub was crowded after a day of skiing but that is understandable. Would stay here again!

  The condo is dated and needs new paint colors and more modern decor. Furniture, lamps etc in bedroom were minimal and inexpensive. The closet had only 4 hangers-really???

  Decent 3 BDRM unit rented for 2 families (9 people total). Layout is open with good space. Unit is showing some age and in need of general maintenance. For example, sliding closet doors that jump off track requiring manual effort, dishwasher that is not secured to counter and tips forward upon loading of dishes, toaster that is pretty awful. Would benefit from a better supply of pots and pans and definitely at least one good knife. All of these are meant to be minor owner feedback/suggestions and not a total slam on the unit. Location was great with easy access to the Lift bus. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub plus game room in the club house. Overall experience was a good one. Would rent here again given the feedback provided above.

  It's not often that I use the term Perfect but in this case it's warranted. Location could not be better. We used the park every night for frisbee after a long day exploring the mountain trails. Being able to walk to whatever restaurant we wanted made it so easy and fun. We were able to use the hot tub to chase away the sore muscles after a long hike and the boys loved the pool table in the common area. The Thursday night concert in the park had us sitting on the back porch feeling like VIPs. We loved everything about summer in Winter Park, and felt like this condo was the perfect base for all the fun. We loved the space and amenities. It was so easy to book and get the info needed for our stay, easier than booking a hotel. We can't wait to go back!

  We loved the location and layout of the condo. It was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped so we could cook. Our only problem was one of the toilets kept overflowing. The management send someone out and it worked for a little bit then plugged again. We had 3 bathrooms so it wasn't a big problem. While looking for a lost car key we found a dead mouse under the end table in the living room. We left a note for the cleaning service incase they wanted to check the rest of the condo. Even with those minor problems we still want to book the condo again next year.

One bedroom did not have a TV and for 5 people, another comfy chair in living room would have been nice. The only annoyance was hearing the running of small children in the unit directly above us.

  This is the second year we've stayed at this location, but different units each time. We like the complex and will probably return. A couple of things to note: we were never able to use the hot tub as it filled up very fast every day; especially if there are kids don't plan on any hot tub time. Also each unit is furnished differently... this one had all beds less comfortable than last year's unit. Still a good place to stay though.

  We had a great time and enjoyed our time in Winter Park! We were a little disappointed with a few things with this property.
  Location great! Right in town, minutes from the ski area, backdoor opens up to the sledding hill, close to Fraser (grocery, tubing, restaurants), convenient to everything we were doing.
  Property description was pretty accurate, large, good layout, close to pool and recreation area. Outdoor pool/hot tub was fun, clean, and we used it several times.
  Parking for the condo was tough; if you don't get there early you end up parking quite a bit away. There should be at least one designated spot for each condo in front. Property cleanliness: the bathrooms were not clean, master sink had toothpaste and was not freshly cleaned. Toilets were clearly not cleaned before our arrival. Under the kitchen sink was dirty. We had to clear the master bath drain of gobs of hair and goo to drain the tub. No face/wash cloths in the bathrooms. Bedroom closets were full of many of the owners things, which is fine but there should have been space for guests to place their things away. We had to move around many of the owners things to make some space to put things up and pack The extra blankets and such did not appear freshly cleaned and we were uncomfortable using them. One bedroom had a torn and ripped plastic covering as a mattress cover - my son asked why there was a shower curtain on his bed. Linens could have been better quality. Thank goodness we had a good supply of our own blankets and pillows from traveling as we used them all due to very few provided. Bed in the master might as well be on the floor; it is a very low platform type bed and not very comfortable at all. The bus stop is not right out the back door as advertised-it is on the main road through town which is quite a hike.

    We are very disappointed to hear about the cleanliness of this condo during your stay. The cleaner that cleaned that unit is someone we had a couple other issues with like that and is no longer with us. We would have been happy to address any issues if we were made aware during your stay. The bus stop changed recently and the change has been updated. Unfortunately, now it is indeed a 3-5 minute hike to the main street bus stop. Hope to see you back in Winter Park again soon!

  6 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations are very nice and just a short walk from some of the restaurants. The kids can play in the park and sled, which is just out he back door of the condo. The ski rental company which gives you a discount when staying with WPM is extremely nice and helpful with awesome rental equipment. I would definitely stay in Trailhead Lodge again with WPM and I would also rent my skis again from SKI Depot. Charlotte with WPM was always available when I called and very helpful.

  The condo was basically furnished but ideal for a summer getaway. All the necessary amenities from wifi, to flat screen TV's to a clean kitchen made out stay very relaxing and comfortable. The manager Charlotte was helpful in every way leading up to our stay. The clubhouse on the property was exquisite with a pool table, huge TV, state of the art exercise room and immaculately clean. I would highly recommend this unit for a summer getaway or a ski vacation. It is walking distance to all locations in the town of Winter Park.

  Very positive for the most part. Unfortunately the "blinds" on the main living area window do not work and we couldn't "close off" view into the condo. A repair man came and had them fixed for one day but then they stopped working again. This was our only concern.

  We had 3 gorgeous days of sunshine and a great stay in the 713 Trailhead Lodge. The photos don't do it justice. It is warm, clean, well equipped and easy to get to. The management company was helpful, kind and great to work with! I would stay here all the time if possible! The only thing I would recommend is better mattresses. We are all grown adults and a couple of the mattresses might be good for kids but they were tough on our backs after hard days of skiing!

  I went up to Winter Park with my immediate family for the Christmas holiday. The condo was wonderful and we had a fantastic stay. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided plenty of space for the 5 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couches were comfortable, and the floors were heated. The ski shuttle stops right outside the back door and the shops and restaurants of Winter Park are only a minute walk away. Thanks for a great Christmas holiday!
