Very comfortable and cozy condo (located on 2nd floor) with newer hard-surface flooring. Comfortable sleeps 8. Primary bedroom w/queen bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. In the second bedroom you have a queen bed and 3rd bedroom w/2 sets of bunk beds (twin over full & twin over twin) and sharable bathroom in hall way. In living room you have a beautiful chimney and a kitchen with 6 dining seats.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Enjoy the many newly renovated amenities at Hi Country Haus which includes a new pool table room, large indoor swimming pool with hot tub, weight room, lounge deck with outdoor hot tub, and a large gathering area featuring a beautiful fireplace and a large flat screen TV.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Property is on the "Blue" shuttle line. Shuttle stop 2 minute walk from the building. Distance to the base about 4.5 miles

Winter Park Resort is only 4.7 miles away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are 0.6 miles at Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store will be at Fraser only 2.2 miles away.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed

    Overall, this was a fantastic place. For a family of 8, the condo was a bit tight, but still comfortable. The deficits were small (non-functional soap dispensers in the showers) and medium-size (insufficient parking at the building). On our first night, guests had to double-park, blocking in one another in a few spaces. The second night, I had to park at a different building because there were no open spaces and hope to not get towed. Maybe that's the norm at Hi Country Haus, but we weren't made aware one way or the other.

    Outside of the parking issues, the condo is very nice, the condo rec center is excellent, and the location of the condo is wonderful and central to everything in town.

    Great weekend visiting our kids. Enough room for our family get together. Pool and hot tubs were a great bonus. Slight issue with connecting the tv with the internet but the management staff came and resolved the issue quickly. Only thing I would suggest to the owners/management is to provide fireplace tools.

    We were able to book this condo last minute, and were very pleased with the convenient location and value. Several great restaurants in walking distance. There's a beautiful local fox that the kids loved watching! Suggested improvements: stock bathroom with bar soap and shampoo, have a welcome packet with directions to the pool building and WIFI access info.
